This resort is beautiful! It has so much to offer, the staff here is amazing, the choices of restaurants and things to do are incredible. It's a small city of its own. They even have buses that run consistently throughout the facility to go from one resort to the next. Casino, theater, everything! I look forward to my return.

The prettiest resort on the Riviera Maya that is incredibly well maintained. Wonderful employees make the whole trip perfect.

Excellent place for vacation
We stayed at Barcelo Maya Palace for a week at the start of September. They had phenomenal service, food, and comfort. A few minuses to note are a rocky entry to the sea despite being a beautiful sandy beach, and a very limited knowledge of English by front desk staff. Overall though, an excellent vacation experience.

I was amazed to see how everything is so clean, the service from the staff and food (and drinks) were offered on a great quality. my 3rd time visiting. I always say I would try something different the next year, I ended up going back to Barcelo.

Our Place - Barcelo Palace
My family and I (8 in total) just returned from our yearly vacation at Barcelo Palace. We’ve been visiting the Riviera Maya for over 15 years, and Barcelo Palace continues to be our place to stay, always feels like a second home. The staff we’ve come to know always welcome us with open arms. At our favorite breakfast spot, Santiago, Yhasua, Heber and Bertin go above and beyond to make guests feel like family. Manuel and Enrique, my go-to bartenders, have been providing excellent service since our very first visit. And of course, there’s Angelica Agosta – such a wonderful lady! The resort truly does an outstanding job selecting the right people. We’re already looking forward to next year’s return.
