Not good experience with the receptionist but other than that average resort. The transportation system from resort to resort was slow thus we resorted in walking and spent most of our time walking. Other resort have faster modes of transportation.

Vacation was above expecting! Everything exceeded expectations: food, cleanliness, accessibility, shopping, staff friendliness, pools, bars, beach!

Riviera Maya Christmas Vacay
Great place! Our family enjoyed it so much!!! We had so much fun. The staff was amazing and accommodating!! The properties are beautiful and well kept. Rooms were nice with balconies. We saw some monkeys , but they didn’t bother us was very interesting to see. There were also deer. The food was good and there was a variety, with one exception; the breakfast. There was no other meat except pork (sausage & bacon); we have a recommendation, please add beef, turkey, and chicken sausage , turkey and beef bacon to your breakfast menu.. Excursions were reasonably priced and well organized. I specifically want to mention, one of the employees, Mr. Héctor López, who assisted me with obtaining all the information for our family’s excursions. He also set up everything and made it easy for us! We made memories for a lifetime!!!

Del bar locos
We spent the day at the Del bar lords, and our bar tender Jorge Ruiz made amazing drinks. Our waitresses Deisy Cocom and Mayra P were so nice and attentive! We will be back

Love the accessibility of food, drinks, pool, and red bus. Our family had a wonderful time and the staff was so kind and generous. The staff in the Premium Lounge was great as well as the area to book excursions. Our biggest criticism was lack of authentic fresh Mexican fresh cuisine on the daily. The buffet was not very fresh.
