I really wanted to love this resort, but our Christmas stay was incredibly disappointing. While the property itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing, the lack of organization and basic service made for a very stressful holiday. Save your hard-earned money and look elsewhere. The Good • Outstanding Service from Edgar: A huge shoutout to Edgar at the buffet. He was truly great and one of the few bright spots of our trip. • Property & Amenities: The resort itself is nice, clean, and well-maintained. We also found the on-site market to be wonderful. The Not So Good • Dining Disasters: Getting a dinner reservation was nearly impossible. We arrived on the 23rd and were told everything was fully booked until the 30th, except for a few 9:30 PM slots. We spent our Christmas Eve and Christmas struggling to find anywhere to eat, and the staff were not helpful at all. We had to go back and ask multiple times just to get something other than the buffet. • Awful Food: The food quality was devastating. It was so poor that I ended up eating mostly buns and cheese for the entire week. • Room Issues & Paper-Thin Walls: You can hear everything in the rooms. We heard every move our neighbors made. It was so bad that we were woken up at 2:00 AM by a woman screaming in another room. • Beach & Maintenance: The beach is quite rocky. There are no servers on the beach, and smoking is allowed everywhere with zero enforcement. • Unsanitary Restrooms: The bathrooms near the beach are a disaster. By the end of the day, they are filthy, out of paper towels and soap, and completely neglected by housekeeping. • Front Desk & Security: The front desk service is slow and indifferent. Final Verdict: This place is a mess. It is not worth the price or the frustration. Please, do yourself a favor: pay a little more for a better resort where the food is edible and the guests are treated with respect. you post it?
