We had so much fun!! Miriam was helpful and patient and so good with helping our big family at flo rider. She was so happy and fun and encouraging! Jacque checked us all in quickly and efficiently!

Great trip
Great resort and very friendly staff everywhere. From rooms staff to mini golf team to restaurant service. Miriam was especially awesome with the kids helping them learn surfing and boogie boarding at the Pitrat’s park. We totally enjoyed our experience.

Warm & Appreciative
We had a wonderful experience at the Barceló Maya Caribe, and I want to give special recognition to the reception team—Giovanna, Hani’s, Tania, and Alyn. They went above and beyond to help me and my family with room rearrangements, handling everything in a super effective, smooth, and professional way. They were kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable. Thanks to them, our stay started stress-free and on a great note. Truly outstanding service!

Great reception experience.
We stayed at Barcelo Caribe so Diana and Hana were fantastic at reception. And thank you to their boss, Alberto. Hoping to come again next year.
