All the entertainment staff were so friendly with us , they were very kind and they are funny , all of them Fany ,Gabriel , Mariana , Pau ,Estrella ,Viany ,Joseph , all of them , they are realy good dancer

Best resort in mexico
Super super duper fun, Jesus from the entertainment team is the best, the whole crew made it fun for the whole week, Carlos at the caribe pool bar was the best barman and Alan at the Capitan Morgan restaurant was by far the biggest vibe in there!!! Coming back next year

Amazing family vacation
First of all, this place was gorgeous! They have an army of staff maintaining everything to a high standard, from constant landscaping to food service and everything in between. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Our favorite restaurants were Tokyo (entertainment value) and La Brasserie (top quality food). I read a lot of reviews and feel I wasted money purchasing US cash (I'm not American) because many people were saying they take US cash for everything, quoting $15-20 for extras like go-carts, surf rider, bowling, etc. However, all these things were NO cash accepted, only credit card or room change. You're best off to only bring pesos for tips and that's it for cash. I also read suggestions to pack big spray, but they weren't bad at all and I never needed it (January), but I also credit the resort for driving around frequently with a pesticide fogger on the back of a truck that I'm sure helped with that. What I had read about the sea turtles being right off the beach to snorkel with was true!? A real highlight of our trip was being able to go swim with the sea turtles and such a huge variety of fishes just out from the beaches at the palace! I'm used to having lotion available in rooms along side shampoo and conditioner, but they had none anywhere, not even in the premium rooms or the spa bathroom, so pack lotion if you tend to get dry from lots of salt water swimming. I suppose it's a non-issue for most in a humid environment.
