Excited to come back!
This was our first vacation as a couple after having our daughter. My husband was reluctant to do an all-inclusive for fear of being bored … needless to say, that quickly dissipated once we arrived! Check-in we were met by Luis Ramirez, who quickly made us feel welcome, he explained what was available to us, encouraged us to make dining reservations for the week (glad we did, it allowed us to eat at a decent time. There is no shortage of pools, we tried to hit up as many as we could in an attempt to find our “fav spot”, ultimately we opted for the pool closest to our room that had a swim-up bar. Food was good, staff was very friendly and Luis at the Maya Beach buffet made sure to make my morning coffees extra tasty with a shot of Baileys without missing a beat. Ultimately, we are excited to book our next family vacation here, we know our kiddo would have a blast. We WILL be recommending this location to friends and family.

Barceló Maya Beach
Our vacation started with our front desk staff. Luis Ramirez was not only knowledgeable but friendly and ensured that our stay was memorable. He was helpful to understanding all bookings for al-a-carte. The resort was amazing and had so much to offer. My only complaint was I wasn’t here long enough. I would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family and will return again

Beautiful resort but very big if you want to see much of it. Pools are awesome! Lots of things to do some free some not. Visited in May and only spent one day on the beach, sargassum was bad but is hit and miss this time of year so consider that in your plans.

Alex was amazing! So fun and he played volleyball with us! Loved him! The arobics was super fun because they got so into it. I LOVE THIS VACATION! Alex and Wendy were so much fun and i will be coming back as soon as I possibly can! They were so fun ..,,.,
