Great service, the best time!!
Jorge Rivera was a wonderful server our whole time while visiting Hyatt Ziva! He made our days at the beach even more enjoyable! If you are visiting you must find him and always tip him well! Beyond the best!

Great All Inclusive Stay!
We saw whales from our balcony and the beach! 3 female friends in our 40s escaping cold weather in January. Great all inclusive stay (includes food and alcohol but please tip the staff!) with a paradise ocean front double room with balcony in Los Cabos, Mexico with beach, pools, hot tubs, several restaurant options, buffet, all inclusive room service, spa, live entertainment, excellent service in every regard. Highlights were massage and hydrotherapy spa, days at the beach, and afternoons at the adult pool, live music at the lobby bar, evenings at one of the many a la carte restaurants. There are plenty of scheduled structured fun activities available. Food is overall much better than any other all inclusive resort I have experienced, with multiple a la carte restaurants (get a reservation for hibachi!). There were options for shopping at the resort including a local vendor show. Staff was outstanding. Shout out to Jorge Rivera and Santiago Godoy at the beach for excellent service; they really made sure we had great days. Ricardo and the staff at Casa Cortez were awesome for beach front a la carte breakfast. Tacos at the adult pool are delicious. Throughout the resort, there are lots of vegetarian and vegan options and they are able to accommodate for most allergens and food intolerances such as gluten, dairy, etc. Noise level was not a problem - there was some construction of an adjacent resort, but I could easily tune it out. Everything was very clean, housekeeping service was thorough. I would say good value for our experience! Extra fee (plus tip) for private transportation to and from the airport was about 30 minutes each way.

A relaxing break from the cold
Amazing staff - great pools and drinks. Very safe location. Highly recommend going off property for dinner in Cabo San Jose!
