Feb 02, 2026An Unforgettable Birthday Getaway at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos
We stayed at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos for three days to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and I was completely blown away. The resort is beautiful, from the stunning landscaping and well-maintained pools to our gorgeous room and view. The staff was outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make my wife’s birthday unforgettable. A special thank you to Jose, Sergio, Miguel, David, Gigi, Bernardo and Emmanuel for their amazing service. The food was absolutely over the top. Every meal was excellent, and we completely fell in love with Dozo and the Italian restaurant. An incredible resort with world-class service. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent getaway with great service
Husband and I traveled with a group of other couples. Hotel is gorgeous with beautiful facilities. Wide variety of restaurants- we enjoyed every meal we had. The service was amazing - we were so well cared for. Our beach server Jorge went above and beyond thinking ahead. Loved our stay, will definitely return!!

Best 5 days of vacation
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️What an absolutely amazing trip! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Jorge Rivera was hands down the best waiter on the beach-friendly, attentive, and made every day even better. Jair was outstanding at the buffet and always provided excellent service. Ingrid was incredible at getting everyone involved in fun activities, and beach volleyball was a definite highlight. We traveled with a large group and had the best time. The food was fantastic across the board— we truly didn't have a single bad meal. The rooms were very nice, and the entire resort was spotless at all times. There were so many fun activities throughout the day, the weather was perfect, and we felt safe the entire trip. The atmosphere was fun, welcoming, and full of great energy. We absolutely felt like we got our money's worth and then some. I would 100% recommend this resort and would not hesitate to return—definitely seeking out Jorge Rivera and Jair on our next visit!

Fantastic !
Five star resort ! The Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos is absolutely beautiful with outstanding amenities and fantastic service! They have a wide variety of dining options and plenty of bars and entertainment. We especially liked the beauriful pool area which had activities, music, and food/drink service including a taco truck/barbque pit. Highly recommend.

Great experience
The whole hotel was amazing. Food was good. Service was always great. Jorge Riveria was our server and he was so attentive and great.
