Best Japanese restaurant in Aruba!
The food at Kyoto restaurant was amazing! Everything was tasty and the service was impeccable. Jazon and Leonora were absolutely the best! We enjoyed our meal and the very inviting and friendly environment! Thank you Jazon and Leonora! Katia

Top Notch Service
Jheilyn at the Palm needs to have high recognition for her attention to detail, friendliness, and great service! I feel she is a model employee at the Barcelo. Thank you again Jheilyn for an amazing breakfast! Brian and Chrysta Gilbert

Great All Inclusive If You Know How To Do It
Overall well worth the stay cost. Service was friendly and helpful, especially the Royal level folks - those concierges are amazing! The facility is clean and relatively quiet. Rooms a little dated but very functional. Buffet breakfast and lunch spreads had good variety, but quality varies a lot - below average buffet overall. However the dinner restaurants were all very good, with Kyoto (Leonora was great!) and Lindo being standouts. Be sure to make reservations ahead of time! Pro tip - ask the staff when you need something: the folks on the beach will find you chairs and a shady spot, you can get into some of the restaurants just for a drink at the bar, etc. Wake up early to get your cabana or umbrellas reserved at the pool. Would recommend - a great value among the all inclusives.

Less than expected
We had two rooms all inclusive for family of four on Royal floor. Good room. No veg choices for food. Went out to eat. Service was a mixture, but not the level you would expect. Buffet food average.

Average with a hefty price tag
reviews were mixed on line still booked- was celebrating a big birthday but very disappointed except the people who works there are well trained and very nice and happy starting with the concierge Veronica and Royal level lounge staff. very average resort with great people working there except the beach staff and towel distributors- overcrowded beach- if you don't pay enough - you don't get any attention or service- if you go prepare to be paying a lot to get a chair
