Dec 17, 2025Nice hotel, terrible customer service
Hotel is beautiful with a fantastic pool area. Room was clean and comfortable, well maintained. Customer Service is not good unless you speak Spanish. Breakfast is great, but getting anything like coffee, water, cutlery, napkins, etc is a struggle. If you dont speak Spanish, the staff does not really want anything to do with you. Overall nice hotel, but if you are looking for friendly service, this may not be the place.

The hotel is nicely decorated, clean and comfortably but only issue i have is with the smell inside the rooms, i had to change the twice and when i was finally given a room i went up to check and i caught a gentleman exiting the room with a empty bottle of some fragrance they use in the hallways to mask the smell. i told him thanks, but now i cant breath Lol li had to open the window and have a cigar but the opened window. I don't know why, but everything i stay there, its always the same with the moldy, stale musty Oder, not sure if its the carpet or ac units Besides that, everything is prefect,

In general all good but staff needs to be more friendly, smile and reach out to guests. In particular poor service at Bfast except Johan and Edili who were very good at omelette station.

Stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. Great location and atmosphere, friendly and professional staff. Many amenities including outdoor pool area, exercise room, restaurants, bakery, chocolatier and casino. Special mention to the cafeteria staff Edili Mateo and Johan Casado. They took care of my dining needs making the entire 10 day experience awesome! Ciao

Amazing spa experience
The best affordable spa experience in my life !!! Everyone had the best customer service. And Milagros was excellent! That woman has magic hands ❤️
