Excellent service and very professional staff members. I'm very pleased with everyone at Barcelo. My only complaint and observation is that there is no Haitian flag display on your facility.

Vacation in the Dominican Republic
The hotel is nice. It can benefit from some upgrades.they can clean your room every day per your request. The breakfast buffet which you can add to your room , instead of paying for it every day has a nice variety and is delicious. Is served at B delicious. The staff is attentive, helpful. Especially the bellboys Joel, Bautista, Aurelio. The The pool is nice. They have reliable taxis drivers you can use. You can pay in Dollars or pesos. The hotel is close to major roads which is nice in order to get around.

Best Spa of a Lifetime
Romelia is the best spa masseuse I have ever had in my life!!! My body felt like if it were in the hands of an angel while floating in heaven. God bless her forever.

Our preferred Hotel in Santo Domingo
Our go to in Santo Domingo. Centrally located with all amenities. Special mention for her wonderful hospitality to Katherine Rosario. Also Aurelio, Batista and the rest of the Bellstaff. Amalia and co-workers at the premium lounge. Best wishes and success to Francisco Fornes.
