    Would not recommend

    I would not recommend this hotel, too expensive for the mediocre service offered. Ramona and Maria were great, attentive and understanding. Hotel needs a mayor update, everything is old and kinda falling apart. Tv is obsolete might as well not have one at all.

    Hotel Staff Nice, rooms need updating

    The hotel staff at Barceló Santo Domingo are very nice and welcoming. However, the rooms feel outdated and a bit stuffy. The carpets should be removed and the overall room design updated to make the stay more comfortable.

    Good Trip

    Minus the hotel pick up the hotel overall stay was a very good experience. I didn't like the fact that the water got turned off at midnight daily

    An excellent service. Room 420

    I really loved the service that I received from Laura Jiménez, Lissette Pérez and Santa Torres. I enjoyed the time of the dinner because of the happiness they transmit. Don’t let them go and congratulations to them.
