  Stay away Avery low standards and run down property.

  This is the worse all inclusive. The air conditioner don’t work, There were roaches in the rooms. They turned off the water to the building without any communication and told me that if I needed to use the bathroom I could use the bathroom in another building. Food is stale and salty. The bedding is old. Sheets and towels feel like sandpaper. Wasted time and money. The photos are not a true representation of this hotel.

  One of the Worst Resort Experiences We’ve Ever Had

  Our stay here was absolutely horrendous. We paid for an oceanfront room and were given a room with construction outside—loud banging from 8am and a dug-up patio we couldn’t use. The room was infested with cockroaches and water bugs, including one in the bed where my daughter was sleeping. On top of that, our room flooded, and we were moved three different times during our stay, yet every room had major issues. Dining was just as bad—the Italian restaurant had no working air conditioning, making it unbearable to sit and eat. After several nights of these conditions, we checked out early because it was impossible to enjoy our vacation. For the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable. The management offered only a partial refund, but nothing can make up for the stress and disappointment. I would strongly caution anyone considering this resort

  Excellent paradise conditions

  Excellent if you have not been there, you should go right away. It was an amazing time. I will definitely be back there very soon.

  A beautiful place to stay, had a lovely stay in this tropical paradise.

  Such a beautiful place to stay, rooms were always very clean and air conditioning was really good. Pool was clean and the swim up bar was great, you could always get served fairly quickly. Beach was lovely and the sea was murky but we only walked by the water and dipped our feet in, We never saw any jelly fish ourselves. The Beach cafe was such a lovely place to eat a buffet lunch and look out to the amazing views of the beach, palm trees and ocean. The specialty restaurants were all really good as was the buffet too. Drinks were so good, especially the Pina Colada's that were made with fresh pineapples and coconut milk daily, you could have them with or without alcohol so the kids could enjoy them too. No problem getting sun beds and you could change your towels for the pool daily. Staff could not do enough for you. Do take lots of insect repellent with Deet and lots of suntan lotion. We did the Samoa Island trip and that was fantastic too, would recommend this trip to see the clear, beautiful Caribbean ocean and a lovely tropical beach. The entertainment team worked really hard offering a variety of activities throughout the day and were around in the evenings too for the beach party and Karaoke, amongst other things. WIFI was really good throughout the resort too. Altogether this hotel was a fantastic experience for us all.

  More positives than negatives

  Overall it was a positive stay but there are a few negatives . The pool is big and welcoming but it does need some work as it has a few black mould spots especially around the steps . The rooms are cleaned well but quite dated . Beds comfy .we had a superior room over looking the ocean (beautiful view ) there were problems with the water but it was sorted quickly. Air conditioning really good . Most of the staff were very helpful but communication was a problem as we didn't speak Spanish ,but we got here in the end . The food buffets and snack bars were very good and fresh. Staff very helpful. Try all the restaurants,food was ok but our preference was la pescara .the salmon was amazing . I wasn't impressed with toilets at side of food hall as the smell was awful everytime ,even the cleaner wore a mask when cleaning them . Entertainment was ok some nights but not the best. My biggest negative ,not for us but for those who want to explore . is it's very isolated so only come if you want a quiet chilled holiday also it's over an hour from the airport and at times the beach and sea looks really blue in till you stand near it .its not the clearest sea. Trips and shops on the complex are very expensive. We tipped when we felt we had very good service . The only staff who seemed to expect tips were those who were sent to our room for maintenance.they just stood there expecting a tip and those who help u take your cases to the room .id advise taking US dollar.we took pesos but everything is priced up in us d so easier . We are still here at the en did out 14 days stay ,still 3says to go . We had no problems with bugs in our rooms like some reviews mention .we did have a lizard come in at one point. Mozzies love me but I used a good spray with deet so I only got a few bites. All in all a very good holiday . You don't need to fight for sunbeds .
