Horrible Hotel
Areas of improvement, more staff in the buffet restaurant and more entertainment options. The availability of core items like plates and cups was short on two out of the four days there. The staff could not keep up with attending to guests during peak times. The entertainment options all throughout the day was a bit weak in comparison to other resorts. The tennis court needs resurfacing and the bathrooms have leaks Room some oldest and pillows horrible

10/10 would recommend
Great staff, beautiful property, high energy entertainment. Delicious food in all the restaurants 10/10 recommend. They have free activities, kayak, paddle board were our favorites. They have a circus show one night and fire show on the beach another. Dowload the app to stay on top of all the activities they have daily. Take the exploration tour, it's a lot of kids but you will learn a lot about the plants and animals on the property.

Very disappointed!!!
I've been there four times before but this time the rooms were terrible. No air conditioning, old rooms, old worn towels and sheets. I used to love this place but am very afraid of coming back next year. I've read a lot of the negative reviews of the past few years of the neglect. It seems they do not care to fix or replace their air conditioning, towels and conditions of the rooms. I came with my family but I was the only single traveler. I was put on the other side of the complex away from my family. They wanted $75 us more to be closer. How can I trust them if I ever go back. I would need a guarantee from the hotel management. We are supposed to go for two weeks but I'm afraid of lack of customer service. Be careful people. Daria Lily Baczynsky (Lavigueur)

Please help feral cats next to the building 26
We stayed at the hotel for almost two weeks. The hotel grounds are full of geese running around with tiny ducklings and feral cats, which brings joy, especially to the children. The animals are very friendly. Near our building, number 26, lived two cats—a beautiful mother with blue-gray fur and her little speckled kitten. We noticed they were very skinny, so we brought scraps from our meals. Although the mother cat was clearly hungry, she didn’t touch the food until the kitten had eaten his fill. She hissed at us a bit out of fear, but only at first. Even though we don’t have pets, this mama cat won our hearts by protecting her little one and waiting to eat until she was sure his tummy was full. It was hard to say goodbye to them, knowing how difficult it must be for them to find food on the resort grounds. They’re certainly useful, helping control any potential rodent population, though it’s likely there aren’t enough around the resort. The cats live in the bushes near the back exit of building 26. Please help them if you can. We would probably adopt those two cats if we could, but we live abroad, and our kids are allergic to cats' and dogs' fur. A heartfelt request to the hotel management: please vaccinate and spay/neuter the cats at the resort to help manage their future population. From what we’ve gathered, charitable organizations in the Dominican Republic can perform these procedures at low cost. By the way, we were impressed by the hotel grounds maintenance and landscaping team. Immaculate job! Those people work hard! Wishing everyone a wonderful vacation!
