    Relaxing get away.

    Our stay at Ava Cancun was absolutely outstanding. The resort itself is beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with excellent food, relaxing pools, and a great atmosphere from start to finish. What truly made our stay exceptional were our butlers, Dorian and David. They went above and beyond in every way imaginable. From handling details behind the scenes to ensuring everything ran smoothly each day, their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel completely looked after. They truly elevated our entire vacation experience. One point worth noting for management: as Members, we were invited to attend an update meeting and advised immediately upon invitation that we would not be upgrading. While we were warmly welcomed upon arrival to the meeting with smiles and handshakes, the tone noticeably changed when we left. The departure felt rushed and impersonal, with no smiles or handshakes. While this did not impact our overall enjoyment of the resort, it did feel disappointing and inconsistent with the otherwise high level of service we experienced throughout our stay. Overall, Ava Cancun delivered a wonderful vacation, and thanks to Dorian and David, it was truly memorable.

    Excellent food and service everywhere we went!

    We really liked all the restaurants and had excellent service. Our favorite was Bao, it had the best food and service. We also loved our butlers David and Dorian who made our trip so much more enjoyable by taking care of all our reservations and special requests. I didn’t think having butlers was something that I needed but I have to admit they really added value to our experience. We also liked that the golf course was so conveniently nearby and enjoyed playing there. We definitely enjoyed the ocean view. The only thing we missed was having more outside grounds to walk around with tropical plants like we’ve had at other resorts.

    This hotel is amazing and so close to the airport. It’s a gold mine.

    This place this place is definitely a five star hotel from as you walk into the hotel to the service you get starting at the reception to the guysat the pool to the bartenders to the restaurants. All is amazing. The pool is 1 km long many activities for the family if you’re with kids if you are alone with friends, always something to do. I am a legendary member and I have Butler’s. Their name was Hector and Damien. All I could say is amazing things about them. They took care of me and my family. If you have butlers, please ask for them they will take really good care of you. They were always therefor us no matter what we needed right to the end so only good things to say about them. Our departure was nice and smooth. The rooms are all ocean view from the regular room to the suites are just fantastic nice and clean. The maids are phenomenal. A must try.

    Beautiful Hotel with great views! The Family(north) n Adult(south) pools are very crowded....enjoyed walking the beach and being able to swim in AVA sea pool. Enjoyed golfing at the RC course next door! Great eating experiences at the restaurants.

    Wonderful vacay at Ava

    The hotel is big and beautiful! The lobby smell is amazing. The food is super delicious (Copal and the Butcher are must-eats), the pools are amazing, and the pool services are also great. The beds are OMG! So comfortable, and the view was stunning. The staff and service are 6 Diamond. Thank you to Plutarco & Yazmin for helping us have the best experience ever. I'm planning to go back next year for sure. We really enjoyed the food and the Digit bar every night. Also, Bayside Cafe is a hidden gem. If you are a Hall of Fame member, ask for Plutarco & Yazmin. Also, don’t forget to visit the amazing spa.
