    A lot to Improve

    1. nowhere in the hotel specifications indicate that upon arrival you have to pay a tax. Although it´s little, nowhere is the customer informed before. 2. The hotel is located in a coastal area, so it´s incomprehensible as the hotel doesn´t have refrigerators for the rooms so that guests can keep their cold drinks 3. the worst thing that happened was, when requesting the favor at reception to make a local call to schedule the taxi from the airport back, and the answer was that even if it was a local call, I had a charge

    What are you looking for?

    I have to start saying that this hotel is a 2 star hotel so that should tell you something. I booked the hotel for 3 nights with bestday agency we did it trusting the agency and the "pictures". When we got there we received a plastic bag with the ac and tv controls the staff stated that if we lost them we were going to pay extra for the items. The hotel takes you back to the 80's is very vintage. The room was super small and the smell was nasty like if there was mold. Even if you have all inclusive you dont have a fridge full of drinks or alcoholic beverages you dont have nothing like that. The bed had holes. We had all inclusive we got to try their food there is only two restaurants only one was open the food was horrible. Their is just minimal beach acess. If you are not going to be in your room most of the time i suggest go for it but if you want to enjoy a relaxing day at the beach or great food choose another hotel.

    worth your investment

    the front desk personell attention has improved a lot lately breakfas is very good the main pool very noisy due to fun activities, I suggest the alternate pool. the beach is narrow and crowded and somewhat dirty Average is OK

    IT WAS OK!!!

    I have read a lot of reviews and I must say each guest has its own experience. I work in hotel industry and I know what to look for in the places I stay. I speak both English and Spanish yet I don’t expect for hotel workers in Mexico to learn a language they are not a custom to know specially when I’m the one traveling. Although it does be Benefit them because it’s a better income. I chose this resort because I paid a very LOW PRICE FOR IT! so my expectations were not high. I’m use to eating Mexican food so there’s no surprise there they could use more variety since they only have 2 rest. And 1 snack bar. We had a great time by the pool! Great kids section. The jacuzzis on top floor could be a bit warmer. GREAT ACTIVITIES! I enjoyed the shows as well. My check in and out was simple and quick PRINT YOUR HOTEL VOUCHER ALWAYS!!!!! The only down fall of this and makes it REALLY REALLY REALLYYY!! Upsetting was the service no matter if the hotel is a 3 star or a 5 diamond resort the staff should always do their best to best acomódate their guest! Very bad experience in Las Perlas rest for dinner! Took 1hr and still had to wait 25min for my main course I have a 4 year old and they did not try their best to bring out her food first. POLO waiter at breakfast was beyond great!!! always great us with a big smile the best service I received at the resort. The rest were no help!

    Nice experience

    I was there like one or two years ago, for a conference, and the service was really nice, politely, they need too improve some of then, but not too bad, just for go to a business, is ok, the beach wasn't clean at all,
