We stayed Oct 1st to the 5th. I read the reviews after booking this hotel, which I never did before, let's say everything happens for a reason, cause if I had read the reviews before, there's no way I would have booked this hotel. I was super happy I didn't read the reviews before booking or else we wouldn't have experienced such a beautiful, warm and welcoming stay at this resort. From the time we arrived at the hotel the staff was very pleasant. We always book Diamond Club which is worth every dollar. Pool and beach - it was disappointing that the diamond club pool was under renovations and there was no email sent out advising of this. The beach is absolutely breathtaking. The BBQ on the beach was one of our favorites. All the beach servers were very kind and always had our drinks replenished. Restaurants- we had room service for breakfast the first day we were there. It was the right portions. The coffee, it was served in a ceramic pot which was cute but wasn't productive with holding it hot, maybe look into small thermal coffee pots for room service, this way your guests can enjoy a hot cup of coffee in their rooms. Yes, there was a coffee machine in the room but we don't like using those. The breakfast for room service are served with pastries and fruits also. We loved Grazies. We had a bad experience at the Caribbean restaurant, not once did the manager came to our table, our server Romar was amazing and made up for the managers negligence. I addressed our experience with the hotel directly, they need to retrain and educate the manager on shift, on how to deal with customers issues no matter how small or big the issue may be. The Steak House was great our server Ekjiel was another server that stood out for his exceptional service. Entertainment- the usual resort daily activities, plus sip and paint on the beach, hike to a historic site, kayaking, mini yatch and water bike. Butler- our Butlers name Shanice and Danielle. Danielle was great but we had Shanice for most of our stay, Shanice was one of the most professional, efficient and kindest butler we have ever had staying at any resort. The day for my birthday, she went above and beyond to ensure the day was flawless and full of beautiful surprises. Shanice excels at what she does, she is surely management "material". Thank you Shanice for making our vacation an amazing one!

very Good
many great evenings with loads of experiences. you’ll never get bored or have nothing going on at the Royalton. on the 15th we played 2 rounds of chess with Igol who stays unbeaten!! the rooms are perfect condition with no damage and lots of space. the location and sights are beautiful flawless and the greenery is amazing.

OVER THE TOP EXPERIENCE
My experience was over the top, from the check in process to checking out. The staffs were very attentive and took care of us our entire trip. The property was very clean, which I truly enjoyed. I would highly recommend this hotel. Book that trip !!!!!

In love for the 2nd time !!
We had an incredible stay at Royalton Antigua! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. The service was excellent throughout our entire week. A very special mention to Simon from Food & Beverage and Mandy, who went above and beyond every day — always smiling, attentive, and truly passionate about their work. They made our dining experiences unforgettable. The beach is absolutely stunning — calm turquoise water, soft sand, and perfect for morning walks or just relaxing under the sun. Every corner of the resort feels well maintained and beautifully designed. The food, cocktails, and overall ambiance were outstanding. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already planning to come back soon! Thank you, Royalton Antigua, for a truly memorable vacation.
