The hotel itself was beautiful and some of the staff were wonderful. But our overall experience was that everything we planned either was not done in the way that we were told or took an absurd amount of communication to get the simplest response.

Gym review
The gym facility is very nice, the instructor Jameel and lady jay were fantastic really good energy. The gym is very nice and it’s larger than any other hotel gyms thank you guys for the experience !

The gym here is not like most gyms I like the multipurpose racks, the service here is amazing esfrom jameel and Shaquille, the buffet is most say is excellent wod highly recommend

Lovely staff always happy to help ( especially Jameel) Great variety of machines and lovely views could not recommend enough when visting the hotel to go to the gym

- AdvisoryThe Tourism Guest Levy of US $5.00 USD per person per night will be applicable for all guests 6 years of age and older , which will be collected by Credit Card upon check in at the hotel.
- AdvisoryFrom September 29 to October 13, 2025, the central pool will undergo maintenance. Guests will continue to have full access to the beach and the other two pools located throughout the resort, all of which will remain fully operational. Beverage service and poolside activities will also continue uninterrupted to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.
- AdvisoryBetween October 14 and 23, 2025, maintenance will shift to the remaining pools. At this stage, the central pool will be fully restored and available, offering guests a wide variety of pool and beach experiences.
