Andaz Costa Rica is one of the finest resort in Guancaste region. from check-in process to check-out everything went smooth. facilities at this resort are of an excellent caliber. Staff eagerness to help the guest is beyond exceptional. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are cooked to perfection. Bartenders in all the restaurants know how to make good cocktail. Spa services, other activities offered by Resort keeps the guest busy and relax. we visited this resort for little R&R and trust me we are relaxed and rejuvenated after six days. couple of suggestions for the management team. Need to think about putting up a gift store, Meso restaurant needs to be open for dinner and some type of late night activity like comedy club or singing band or magic tricks etc.

Wonderful trip love Costa Rica!!
Our family of 4 had a great time during our week stay. Location is beautiful: the beach was great, the pool and grounds were beautiful and we saw all kinds of interesting animals like iguanas, monkeys and a tiny little owl. Food was good and we (including our two teenagers) spent a LOT of time at the pool swimming between the bar. We didn’t plan on an offsite tour but Some friends we met at the hotel recommended Gabriel. Nomad tourscr He set us up for a day trip to the volcano hike, Buena vista Adventure water falls, coffee plantation and jungle tour and also helped us with our transportation from Andaz to Nayara resort..I highly recommend this hotel Pura vida!!

Over all ok , could have been better, with the price we paid , rooms were large and kept clean, bathroom was also clean and big food was bifg disappointment , good ambience - they have maintianed the organic feel of the place .....................

Loved our 2nd visit here!
amazing property in a beautiful location! staff did their best to meet every need. 2nd beach went through an amazing renovation (comparing to our 1st visit two years ago). i wish they would be an all inclusive resort :) communicating with staff through WhatsApp was super easy - enabled almost real time communication channel.

Just fantastic
I could not recommend this property more!! Truly the most relaxing vacation I've taken in years. Make sure you walk down to Sombrero Claro. That beach was almost always empty and it was breathtaking! Take the path to the marina as well for more views. The spa was truly world class also!
