⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unforgettable Experience – Thanks to Joshua Our experience at the Andaz Hotels pool and hotel was nothing short of extraordinary, and a huge part of that is thanks to Joshua, the pool and hotel supervisor. From the very beginning, Joshua went above and beyond in ways that truly set this experience apart from any other resort stay we’ve ever had. Joshua personally took care of us and helped coordinate what turned out to be the absolute best event we could have imagined to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and his presence alone brought a sense of calm, confidence, and genuine care. You could tell immediately that he wasn’t just doing a job — he was committed to creating a meaningful, unforgettable experience. The entire staff was phenomenal. Every team member we encountered was warm, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. There was never a moment where we felt overlooked or rushed. The level of hospitality was truly world-class and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. What truly stood out was the exceptional value and generosity of the resort. The deals offered through Andaz were the best we could find anywhere, and the amount of complimentary amenities was honestly impressive. From creative art activities to thoughtful extras throughout the property, everything felt intentional, elevated, and designed to make guests feel special. This experience perfectly explains why we return twice a year. There is something truly unique about this place — it doesn’t just feel like a hotel, it feels like a destination where memories are made. The energy, the service, and the atmosphere combine into something truly special. It honestly feels like the kind of place where global celebrations happen — the kind of place you’d expect Beyoncé to celebrate her birthday every year. Joshua is a true asset to Andaz. His leadership, professionalism, communication, and genuine kindness made this stay unforgettable. We are beyond grateful to him and the entire Andaz team for creating such a magical, meaningful celebration for us. Thank you so much for an experience we will remember forever. Beautiful sunset views from a beautiful beach front. Long walk along the beach Can see whales this time of year.
Beautiful location. Beach was wonderful. Lots of swimming. Location easy. Beautiful rooms. However, I hope you like steps. Lobby is located on the fifth floor, so it’s far up from the beach. But, it is quite a beautiful resort with lots of restaurant choices.

Beautiful hotel with tiered pools overlooking the ocean. Staff are courteous and very accommodating. Easy access to the ocean and walkway Alton the beach in front of all resort locations.

Andaz was the best

Exceptional vibe.
Beautiful ambience; small hotel that was not over done. Have stayed at various hotels in the area this had a very "chill" vibe. Loved the infinity pools service at all levels -pool; housekeeping etc. was exceptional.
