Dec 18, 2025They did not keep my reservation. Many of the rooms at this property are terrible.
They did not keep my reservation. I was put in a significantly worse room than what I booked. They would not let me cancel and refund even after they gave away my reservation. The ground-floor rooms at this property are abysmal.

Dec 17, 2025Serious health and safety issues and no one responds
Water filter is never replaced although being out of life for many days. Guest service team lies about serving it the same day. Qater filter panel almost fallen due to loosen screws. Sharp screws sitting on mini fridge in room due to loosen screw. Ask guest service to fix it and they never did during five night stay.

Loved our stay and were so impressed from beginning to end! So beautiful and welcoming. Food was good, shops were cute, staff was so helpful and more than nice. They upgraded our room when we arrived for no unknown reason. The room was wonderful. Very clean with not one speck of dirt found…and I look. The entire hotel is spotless. Top notch, could not say more!

A wonderful resort that we will go back to
Wonderful holiday with family were the rooms had a great view,good food,amazing pool,friendly staff and lots of activities within and close by .

Maui Bliss!
This was a perfect place for a couples getaway. We enjoyed yoga and ukelele lessons, great food, relaxing at the beach and pool, and an overall beautiful setting. Little touches like reef safe sunscreen and refillable water bottles were appreciated.
