Calico Jack is a short walk along the waterfront boardwalk from the 1-Bedroom Beach Front Suites located on nearby Monck Beach.

Amazing Caribbean holiday at Ambergris Cay! From the atmosphere and incredibly beautiful property to amazing food and staff always going above and beyond- we had a truly special holiday at Ambergris and are already planning our return. Our butler, James, especially went above and beyond!

Excellent place to getaway and truly relax
We had a great time at the resort. It is very relaxing with no crowds and very laid back yet luxury experience. This is a great place to come truly unwind. The staff is great. Shervin who handled our stay and day to day activities was very available and very thoughtful - he went out and got our son a conch shell and had it cleaned. Everyone was really pleasant and helpful. The one thing that could be improved was the dinner at the clubhouse - it was inconsistent (good some days and average or below some days). Overall a great experience and we will be back.

Island Relaxation
Shervin was an excellent island host. He was very attentive and responsive to our every need. Highly recommend him and the Ambergris Cay all-inclusive resort.

Great island, staff are amazing and the accommodation is great and the beaches are also great. Would go back but needs to focus on some things Things to improve on : (1) food is not good enough for a luxury private island, pastry basket at breakfast was terrible (2) the fishing equipment is very poor. With great bone fishing it’s crazy they don’t have two flats boats and the reef fishing kit and boat condition is very poor (3) should have diving as lots to see (4) tidy up the island especially the old harbour which is full of old rusting kit. That area behind the old harbour has the best beach on the island but looks grim when you drive through it (5) more daily fresh fish and change the menu with regular ingredients. Fresh grilled lobster, grilled Wahoo and mahi etc. (6) island manager never spoke to us

A truly Exceptional Experience
This was our 2nd year vacationing at Ambergris Cay. It truly is an amazing spot. However, what makes it very special is the exceptional staff. For us, our butler Shervin exceeded all of our expectations. Shervin is the embodiment of world class hospitality. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and Shervin helped make it a very memorable 9 day celebration. A shout out to all of the staff who executed everything flawlessly and truly cared for us. Looking forward to connecting with everyone again when we return in December, 2026.
