    Employee appreciation

    The resort staff was very helpful when we had a minor emergency. My wife and I were eating lunch outside when she overheated, got sick and passed out. Several staff members came to her assistance right away and helped us through it and drove her in a golf cart to an air conditioned room, hydrated her, etc. They refused a tip and said, “we take care of each other here.” I wish I had gotten all of their names. One woman’s name was Dericka, but didn’t catch the rest. Thank you to all the unsung heroes from that event.

    This was hands down the most amazing vacation destination! Tash, Rhazzor, Shaq, Cheeky and Kaelin to name just a few went out of their way daily to make our days the best! Can’t wait to book for 2026!

    Best Vacation Ever

    This was one of the Best Vacations that I have ever taken. The staff, resort, amenities and oh my the beach were amazing. Rhazzor and the rest of the guys and gals were Top Notch. They kept things fun. Ex: Soccer, Volleyball, Drinking Games, Karaoke, Bingo, Musical Chairs, etc. The food was great. Get the Jerk Chicken at the beach grill and the Pepper Shrimp at the Black Rock steak house. Breakfast was great every day. The wait staff were great for every meal. I would recommend the snorkeling excursion. It was fantastic. There were very few cons with this trip. The main one was The Fish Deck. I was not impressed at all with it. They basically ran out of food the night we went. We went once, and I did not even want to attempt to go back. Rhazzor, thank you for what you know you did for me. Suggestion for the resort - Add fans at Black Rock and get all the bikes up and going, Final Thoughts - Do not be concerned with picking this resort and taking this trip. I wish that I could have stayed longer. Above all, Participate in everything. No one knows you, enjoy life, and try new things. For the owners of the resort, you have an great staff all around. Take care of them and they will continue to take care of you. I hope to be able to return one day. Eternally Grateful Robert Frazier
