    Amazing experience

    I had an amazing time at Alexandra with friends and family. Thr team was amazing they went above and beyond. The room was clean and beach beautiful. I will be back.

    Best Vacation Ever

    This was one of the Best Vacations that I have ever taken. The staff, resort, amenities and oh my the beach were amazing. Rhazzor and the rest of the guys and gals were Top Notch. They kept things fun. Ex: Soccer, Volleyball, Drinking Games, Karaoke, Bingo, Musical Chairs, etc. The food was great. Get the Jerk Chicken at the beach grill and the Pepper Shrimp at the Black Rock steak house. Breakfast was great every day. The wait staff were great for every meal. I would recommend the snorkeling excursion. It was fantastic. There were very few cons with this trip. The main one was The Fish Deck. I was not impressed at all with it. They basically ran out of food the night we went. We went once, and I did not even want to attempt to go back. Rhazzor, thank you for what you know you did for me. Suggestion for the resort - Add fans at Black Rock and get all the bikes up and going, Final Thoughts - Do not be concerned with picking this resort and taking this trip. I wish that I could have stayed longer. Above all, Participate in everything. No one knows you, enjoy life, and try new things. For the owners of the resort, you have an great staff all around. Take care of them and they will continue to take care of you. I hope to be able to return one day. Eternally Grateful Robert Frazier

    Awesome Resort Can’t Wait To Come Back!

    Stayed a week at Alexandra Resort. Check in was easy. The food is good at the restaurants. Breakfast buffet is good and plentiful. The beach is amazing and beautiful. The pool is large with a swim up bar. There’s nightly entertainment and afternoon beach activities. Drinks are good and they don’t skimp on the alcohol. Local beer is good too. All the staff works very hard. From the bartenders to the cooks to the groundskeepers and housekeeping. The resort is kept clean and orderly. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Shout out to: Tash and Kimron. They are great entertainers and good to talk to. Very friendly. Skyers works the bar tirelessly. He’s always happy. Good to talk to and handles multiple orders with an amazing memory. He makes really good drinks. Of course our favorite is Kaelin! She is so pleasant to talk to and makes the best drinks! No matter where we were- beach, pool, restaurant- I always looked for her and returned to the bar she was working. It’s 100% worth it to make the journey to where she is. She was our favorite. Thank you Kaelin- it was very nice to meet you. Hope you’re there when we come back. Already planning a return to Alexandra for the winter. I loved the resort and the beach but it was the staff that made it a great vacation.

    Do NOT BOOK

    BE WARE!!!!! First let me say my family has traveled all over the world (all 7 continents) and never faced so many difficulties - with management not caring to living up to trying to make things right!! HORRIBLE SERVICE - had no water at times in the rooms - yes tv not working may seem tribal but with a 3 yr old is helpful when trying to get a family ready- broken glass in drinks - 90 min to get kids meals to table and chicken fingers were ordered- no soap in multiple of the rooms room service called 3x and still family members had to walk to front desk over 3 hrs later to get soap (family could not wash hands in personal bathrooms)- room service barging in asking when were leaving and check out time had not even occurred - ran out of basic food (chicken and shrimp) at dinners at 6:30 at night - broken reservations. Cross contamination of seafood and other food even when seafood allergy was told to service. Family could not eat due to this Rooms mediocre Staff at restaurants hit or miss Bugs in grass that bite AGM at resort said she would love to have us back and try to make right only to not do as she said!!! After the trip she will not respond to any messages

    Turks and Caicos resort stay

    The resort was amazing and the staff were even better!! We had a wonderful entertainment experience with Cheeky!!! The food and drinks were wonderful, and it was so fun getting to know the employees!!
