Alexandra and Turks & Caicos deliver paradise again
Alexandra - 2025 This is our second year in a row spending a week at Alexandra and we are already scoping out dates for next year! We chose Alexandra because we like the all-inclusive arrangements…it tends to decrease points of friction when we travel. We chose Turks & Caicos because of Grace Bay Beach…it’s truly spectacular. Alexandra is large enough to have a variety of activities and dining options yet small enough that we felt part of the resort. Last year we took the shuttle to the sister resort (Blue Haven) but this year we ate a few meals off property with people we met at the resort. It was fun to do that but we easily could have stayed on site our entire week too. The entertainment staff knows how to keep guest involved without being intrusive. We tried water aerobics this year and loved the burst of activity it provided late morning. The bingo, trivia and beach games are fun to participate in or just observe. The adult time outs again served as a catalyst to befriend other guests. Evening entertainment was always a nice way to wind down the day. Even the one night it drizzled a DJ was playing and provided my wife and I a good excuse to dance in the rain. A special mention is warranted for the on-staff talent. Tash put on a singing performance that was terrific and the steel drum band led by Barbie provided a heart pounding set. Their dedication to their craft was on full display. Our room was comfortable and a mere two minute walk from the beach. In walking along the beach last year, Alexandra was the only resort I saw with wooden furniture—a nice touch. The water and sand were even better than last year—less seaweed, which I surmise varies. While everyone at the resort made our stay wonderful, these folks were especially memorable: Keisha & Wilkens - Coconut bar Sylvie - Irie Bites - the BEST jerk chicken Farar - beach bar Popo - Coconut grill Jimmy - Black Rock Entertainment Group: Lettuce; Rh@zzor; Ace; Kimron; Barbie; Tash; and Cheeky.

Excellent all inclusive for families
We had the best vacation at The Alexandra. The staff were incredible and went out of their way to ensure an excellent vacation. The service was phenomenal. The all inclusive was so easy especially with a group of 12 and 6 kids. The food was excellent. Beach was beautiful and rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend this resort for families.

Alexandra Resort: A Tropical Oasis
We've had the pleasure of staying at numerous resorts worldwide, and the Alexandra Resort in Turks and Caicos ranks among our top three favorites. The staff's exceptional friendliness and attentiveness set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Our garden studio was spacious, well-equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, washer, and dryer, and our mini fridge was always stocked with beer, pop, and extra water. The resort's grounds were immaculately maintained, with stunning landscaping. The food options were plentiful and delicious, with standout experiences at the Coconut Bar (best staff and drinks), Dragon Orchid (sushi lovers, rejoice!), Fish Deck (Beautiful sunset views), Black Rock Grill (Great steaks cooked on a sizzling stone), Turquoise Grill (The best cheeseburgers and fries and they’re open late!), and the food truck (great mac-n-cheese, skewers, and jerk fish quesadilla). Shoutouts to Leo, Sky, and Wilkins at the coconut bar for their top-notch service! We appreciated the resort's flexibility, including refilling our stainless-steel cups without issue. The beach was truly breathtaking – soft sand, crystal-clear blue water, and a picturesque backdrop. Honestly, the most beautiful beach we have ever seen! Amenities like a trampoline, swing bar, and attentive beach staff made it a haven for kids and adults alike. Loungers were plentiful on the beach, and you could snag one at any time – no early morning stakeouts required. The pool was also a highlight, with plenty of floaties and a swim-up bar serving up refreshing drinks. We took the shuttle to sister resort Blue Haven, which had a fantastic pool and pool bar serving tasty eats and drinks. While it was more modern than the Alexandra, the beach didn't live up to the beach at the Alexandra. What impressed us most was the seamless experience – no long waits, they had everything we needed, and a staff that went above and beyond. We're already planning our return trip to this incredible resort. 10/10 would recommend!

Great experience with staff!
The Alexandra Resort is beautiful! The people is what made the experience, the staff was amazing, as well as others visiting. Denicka at the activities desk was so personable, and Chef Micheal from Fish desk was truly outstanding, assuring my families meal was as delicious as anticipated. And also, on Easter Sunday while he was making rice outside of ASU, his people skills and entertainment ability shined through, he is so enthusiastic with guests! I would recommend anyone to come visit the Alexandra resort, and when you do say hi to my friends Denicka and Michael

Great place to stay
Great customer service. The hotel and its venues were very clean. Nathaly Jimenez (bar) and Andres Arteaga (restaurant) are excellent people. They were always ready to help. Food was wonderful. They should have a better distribution systems for the beach towels and beach chairs. We can’t wait to go back
