    wonderful experience at Hyatt Grande Resort Puerto Rico

    My vacation in Puerto Rico was absolutely amplified by my stay at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how beautiful the entire property is — lush tropical grounds, perfectly maintained pathways, and the most relaxing atmosphere you could ask for. The customer service was outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and always greeted me with a smile. The pools were incredible — spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing or cooling off from the sun. The beachfront area was just as stunning; the ocean was calm and beautiful, and it felt like my own little paradise. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the little touches that make a big difference. The restaurants on-site offered delicious food and great service, and I loved that everything felt convenient without ever feeling crowded. Overall, this resort made my trip unforgettable. I will definitely be back again. Highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve if you’re looking for beauty, comfort, and top-notch hospitality in Puerto Rico! Cons I did not find any

    One of the best places I’ve ever stayed

    This place is AMAZING! All of the staff is great! Tanya at the lobby bar is hysterical!! Angelo and Isaimi at Prime are top notch! Seriously, the golf cart drivers the pool bar workers check-in I mean everyone there went above and beyond the whole entire time!

    Lobby bar highlight

    Tanya at the lobby bar was one of the highlights of the trip. She is warm, funny, and makes a really great coconut mojito. The $75 fee per hour for a late checkout was a little much and we did have to switch rooms, because our original room had a moldy smell. The new room was much better and had a beautiful ocean view, so great recovery. Overall, we had a great time at Nectar for dinner, it was delicious and everyone is super friendly at all the bars and restaurants.

    Wonderful experience at Nori

    We had a wonderful experience at Nori, so much so that we came twice during our stay. Our server, Diane Fernandez went above and beyond to make our experience great! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was amazing.

    Birthday Dinner

    Everything we ordered at Nori was amazing. Anthony was a great waiter. If you’re traveling to the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve or are in the area here I highly recommend it.
