Service stands out!
We are currently at this resort…stuck in Puerto Rico-but hey, stuck in paradise! Last minute booking because of flight delays, but we have loved every minute so far! From Laura at the front desk taking amazing care of our bookings to Carlos Sanchez taking care of us at the pool bar…too notch service. Carlos went above and beyond bringing us drinks and food to the pool that didn’t have a bar open. That is the kind of service that brings me back to a place!! Laura has kept us in a room and helped so much!!

Lovely experience at NORI

Private Cabana FTW
Had a nice time by the pool in a cabana all day. Ramon Gonzalez was our server all day and he was AWESOME! Great service and a great attitude

Great family vacation
We traveled over Christmas with our two kids, ages 7 and 3. The kids loved the pool but equally loved the Kid's Club next to the pool! Nanette at the Kids Club was so sweet, learning our kids' names on the first day, then engaging them in activities each day we were there. Thank you, Nanette!
