    Amazing getaway from the cold

    Absolute must stay! The rooms were newly renovated and the property is well kept. Staff was so extremely kind.

    Exceeded Expectations

    I had read some mixed reviews about this property before my trip and was very unsure what to expect but wow did Hyatt impress here. From check in to check out, we were treated well, with amazing food, reasonable prices, and an overall fantastic experience. The property is fairly large, but from the central-ish location of the bungalows, everything I needed was easy to walk to. I was worried about the pool temperature but that was totally unnecessary as it was perfectly warm during our time here end of January/beginning of February. Drinks were tasty, dinners were fantastic, service times absolutely reasonable. There was never a time I couldn't get a chair and an umbrella. If I could recommend any changes for the future it would be the addition of some hot tubs (outside of the spa) and maybe one or two more areas to eat.

    Tired looking, thinly staffed with limited food options

    We checked in for a 4 night stay and checked out without staying 1 night. This resort is not 4/5 star as it is advertised as. The grounds are not well kept, litter in many areas. It is not well staffed, the pool by our Ocean View King Villa was not staffed and no towels. The main pool was a 15 minute walk, again,wet towels and empty cups hung around all afternoon. When we arrived we found out the only choice for lunch was room service or the lobby bar. We chose the lobby bar and were told the food took a long time because it was prepared at the pool snack bar( we did not eat there as it was raining) The walk from our room to the main lobby was through several parking lots, not very appealing. We were told to call the front desk for a golf cart if we wanted to come to the lobby. We did this and waited 15 minutes, no one came...so we walked in the rain! A major construction project was all along the back of the resort. All common areas felt old and tired with chipped paint and flooring.

    Great night at Prime 787

    Had an amazing dinner at Prime, with Angelo as our server. Angelo made the experience memorable and special. It was Super Bowl Sunday, and we had a great time talking football. We were also there celebrating our 25th anniversary, which Angelo kindly made a big deal over. Highly recommend the dry aged steaks, and requesting Angelo as your waiter!
