Preferred amenities were great! Housekeeping was extremely slow. We would leave the room all day and return at 4p and 5p and still not have a cleaned room with new towels or anything. Minibar for 2 people only provided 3 drinks and one day we called because the minibar service never came and they still didn’t come. Z at the Lobby Bar was amazing! All of the staff in the Preferred Pool Bar and Preferred Lounge were amazing!

We stayed in a Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean View room and the view was incredible! Watching the sunrise from the balcony while ships lined up for the canal was unforgettable. The staff was friendly and super helpful. What we loved most was the diverse mix of international guests—it felt like we’d actually left the country and experienced something authentic instead of just another resort full of Americans. We also discovered some great Panamanian spirits, including Ron Abuelo rum and Seco Herrerano. Once we tried Seco, it became our go-to base for all our cocktails at the resort! Definitely recommend if you want stunning views and a real travel experience!

Dreams Playa Bonita - excellent experience
The Dreams team were amazing. We would like to give a special mention to Daniela and Ruben who make the best drinks, Laureana, Velkiz and our new amigo, Henry. They made our vacation extra special.

The resort was excellent, great people and very be pleasant vacation and we will return!!
Angelo is a fantastic person and a benefit to your Resort. He was a great help to us in every way. I would highly recommend him as a Butler to all people coming here on vacation. I would highly recommend this resortt. Angelo was the best!!!

Great Place for a Relaxing Getaway
The resort is exceptional. The food/drinks were high quality and the atmosphere is very laid back. I recommend getting the preferred package so you have access to the adults only pool and to the private lounge that overlooks the resort/ocean. Also, one pro-tip: Panama is in the tropics. Do yourself a favor and toss a can of OFF! into your bag. There are little insects that love to bite your legs; a good bug repellant keeps them at bay!
- AdvisoryStudent Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.
