The resort was "ok" we went for Christmas and it felt like it was understaffed. The staff was not friendly and the food was not great. The pool area was nice but service was not good. The eating choices were few and the menu was not expansive. There were no areas where you could buy snacks other than a bakery/coffee area. We were looking for some snack for our room and there was no place to purchase anything like that.

7:04 9 Q dreams playa bonita panama reviews ½ Dreams Playa Bonita Panama PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!! My family and I have been staying here for the last 4 days. This has been one of our WORST vacations. We have two rooms and are preferred guests. In spite of that we had no water in our room for the first two days and even upon repeated requests no one paid any attention. We still have no creamer:) Our room doors are broken, we had to get them fixed. Our shower door is broken we had to get it fixed Even during lunch and dinner hours we refused some food items because they were "out of it." The staff is not helpful, it is hard to communicate as most of the staff doesn't speak English. People we have spoken to throughout our stay have also had similar experiences. I brought this to the management's attention to no avail. My family and I will never come back here, and if you are looking to have a comfortable and happy vacation please DO NOT COME HERE! •* Add photos What kind of triniac it? Post 口 09

Amazing service but nothing spectacular
The staff at this hotel is absolutely fantastic. However, this hotel should not be listed as a 5 star resort. The buffet and food choices are somewhat limited and I did not like the dress codes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This hotel is also entirely non-smoking which is great but the only allocated smoking section is all the way to the lobby in the parking lot. I would recommend putting a section for smokers somewhere on the resort. The rooms are nice but nothing spectacular. Would recommend to families traveling with kids

Zanchelliano or Sanchez at the lobby bar is the guy to go to he remembered my drink orders and would find me if I didn’t have a drink in hand and would make sure I enjoyed my time at the resort.

Amazing Experience & Amazing Service!
We had such an amazing experience in Dreams Playa Bonita!! The service was amazing - Sanchez at the bar is truly one of a kind, we hardly even had to ask him for a drink, every time we turned around our empty cup was filled back up! Him & Manuel were a FORCE in the lobby bar. Additionally the place was clean, our room was cleaned daily, & the evening entertainment was always a blast in the lobby! Truly a once in a lifetime opportunity & experience at Dreams Playa Bonita - thank you to everyone who made our trip so amazing!! ❤️
