Horrible. Do not spend your money!

I would strongly advise against spending money on this resort. We went with a resort pass for the day as we were staying at a hotel in Panama. It was advertised as having an adults only pool. The only adults only pool is not available to day pass users or anyone not not in some sort of club (I'm assuming time share people). It also was advertised as having pool service and a swim up bar. When we were there from 9:30-4:30, there was no pool service and although there is a swim up bar, they did not serve from it. So there is one bar at the main pool to serve everyone there. There was always a line to get drinks because of this and the servers were not friendly. There were multiple drinks on their display that they did not have the ingredients for... no mojitos, no Seco which is the Panama liquor. I ordered the Panama Water and watched them make it...they used gin. Lunch is a buffet and it was horrible. I have been to many AI's and this was by far the worst (like not even a close second for worst!). We spent $206 to go here for the day just to be at the beach. It was a $20 experience.

    Not Worth the Money

I was unfortunately disappointed with my stay at this Hyatt property. The hotel feels very dated and is in clear need of a full renovation. The mold issues in the rooms were particularly concerning and appeared to be a serious health and cleanliness problem that should be addressed immediately. Service recovery was slow and inconsistent, and there is a noticeable opportunity for additional training when it comes to handling guest concerns. That said, the staff themselves were consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely did their best to provide friendly service, always greeting guests with a smile. The food was average, but the DJ during the first few nights was a highlight and added a fun atmosphere to the evenings. While there were some positive moments, I would not choose to stay at this property again unless significant improvements are made.

    Stay Far Away

I wish I had read the reviews prior because I probably wouldn't have attended this milestone birthday trip for a dear friend. The hotel is extremely outdated, mold was in my room on the ceiling and walls. A horrific odor from the vents and the food was tasteless. To be fair the breakfast was very good, but other meal options you're in trouble.
