My first time at a regular RIU. Usually we stay at a RIU Palace. I noticed some small differences, but overall this is a very nice resort. The food was always excellent. I missed the poolside service, and no room service.

Overall the hotel was good. The buffet was above average from most other all inclusive. Some of the speciality restaurants were very mediocre but the steak house was fantastic. Drinks were plenty and well made along with snacks. Things that could be improved 1. The quality of the room. Some lights were not working. Multiple attempts to get the front desk to addresses it failed. 2. The amount of pool chairs used by towels instead of people was very annoying. People leave their towels on the pool chairs and never actually use the chairs. The resort needs to enforce some policies where everyday has access to the chairs. Same goes for the beach chairs. I would suggest an area where you can’t reserve chairs with towels or some cubbies to give people options to keep their belongings in vs chairs.

Comfort at a value
The resort was very clean and service was good. Everything was wonderful. Food was mediocre. That’s not the reason you go. Lacking Tito’s at the bar otherwise, it was great service and drinks.

Great all inclusive. Only downside - small beds for adults.
What a wonderful all inclusive. The boogie boards, games, shows and events were lots of fun. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and you could tell they put a priority on cleanliness. We also took our son who has special needs and the staff were so good with him and would even greet him by name. True, quality service. Food was good and lots of variety. My only complaint is that the beds are way too tiny for adults. I love my husband, but a double bed isn’t enough for two.
