For a family friendly resort the noise level was too high late into the night. The rooms are too close to the stages for performances and partying.

The hotel is very nice .couple of things we didn't like bathroom not enough of u had to walk a ways to get to one .my bed was to hard for me. The buffet food was good .

Great but watery nacho cheese everywhere..no bueno
Loved it but you need a better way to make reservations for Steak house . Stood in Long line at 5:30pm to be told to ake another line for reservations at 7:30pm fora beeper…Very frustrating came up from the beach to have to deal with that…NO BUENO……Also watery nacho cheese for 9 days at all locations (Pool,sports bar and buffet)

Customer service on booking is lacking
The resort is beautiful. The beach is gorgeous. The customer service, for the most part is good however my experience with Jose M, via email was not so good: I emailed a month in advance to ensure my husband and I were close to my friends, and my sister. I also emailed 2 days before. I got a response with an email”as per my previous email” which is basically “whatever” and upon checking in, my friends and my sister got free upgrades and my husband and I got put in the complete opposite of the resort as far as possible with no view. My friends and my sisters did not pay for upgrades, they just got them. My husband and I got told that there is nothing we can do. Not impressed with your customer service Jose M and Riu.
