    Nice Resort

    The RIU Vallarta is very nice resort and is kept up well. The staff were excellent, and the food is good. Beautiful beach with lots of comfortable chairs. My only real complaint is hearing a loud pounding bass while you’re trying to relax on the beach. The swim-up bar pool was totally crowded with a young crowd and they partied all day every day.

    Very good! The place is so nice and the staff are all friendly! Location is good if you want relaxation but far from the city but its very accesible by uber.

    Well maintained property

    This was our 3rd visit to this hotel. We were not in a remodeled suite but it was adequate. However, found mattress to be stiff and lumpy. Bathroom door does not fully open as it hits the front of toilet. Thought this to be a design flaw. Service was good. Staff helpful, pleasant and accommodating. Steak House was great! Buffet had lots of options.

    Great time and service!

    Had an amazing full view of the ocean and large balcony! A lot of food options, friendly service and fun activities! Love the beach chairs, adult pool with live music and pool volleyball!

    Extremely satisfied!

    Everything is beyond our expectations in Riu Puerto Vallarta…. Food, drinks, room, staff, cleanliness, entertainment, party, relaxations! I am not that easy to please according to my wife 😃! We are planning to book a long weekend to one of Riu resorts this coming February 2026 either in Aruba, Jamaica, Punta Cana or Bahamas! But all are sold out! Maybe we will be able book one of Riu all inclusive resort in Spain next year! It’s that good that’s why we are coming back!
