Wonderful time in London made possible by staying at the Royal Lancaster
The Royal Lancaster was an excellent hotel. Everything about it was top notch. The staff, food, service, appearance etc. Room was very clean, and spacious. Everything in the room worked. No problems. We stayed 10 days. We had the traditional English breakfast each morning from the buffet and also had ordered from the kitchen eggs benedict, The location was perfect for us. The underground was right out the front door to the hotel, the bus route stopped also out front. We were able to take the Heathrow The hotel was located across from Hyde park. My wife and I walked through Hyde park to Harrods. We took the Heathrow Express to Paddington Station and had a 5 to 10 walk to the hotel. We went to London to experience Christmas time in London. We took the underground right to Oxford Street and Regent. I think it was two or three stops. All and all, we had a great vacation made possible by the Royal Lancaster's staff. We would do it again and definitely stay at the hotel.

Great hotel, but the staff has a lot of room for improvement.
The hotel facilities are spectacular, as are the food and the different amenities. The only drawback we could point out is the staff, as they do not always demonstrate the best judgment or willingness to provide a level of service that matches the hotel’s standards. Fortunately, we met people like Gensis, Andres, and Abdia from the Costero restaurant, who provided us with excellent service and were always attentive. We are extremely grateful to them!!

FUN, EXPLORATION, ACTIVITIES!
It’s the most fun we ever had in Cancun. We were in many Mexico resorts , but this is a totally different experience. If you want just to rest, sit by the pool, read a book and relax, go to adults only resorts, but if you want to create unforgettable memories and fill your days with adventure, activities and fun, come here. It might be a bit pricier than other resorts, but you get free entrance to 5 or 6 different parks that cost between $100-$200 pp each . It’s a really great deal. We stayed in Casa Fuego, which is more upscale portion of the resort and comes with 3 butlers, (I want to mention their names because they were great- Alejandro Barrera, Juan Pablo Velázquez and Brandon Albavera), private restaurant, pool, gym , etc We are already planning a trip back to bring our grandkids. I can’t recommend it enough , especially for families with teenagers. They will have a blast.
