This place is epic! We have really enjoyed our holiday here, so much to do and see. With us travelling with a young family the days are more jam packed than the evenings and I cannot fault the day time entertainment around the pools. Our fav spot I have to day was by the hacienda pool azul… the team were amazing! Big shout out to edwardo, Jazzie, Ovi and a really special mention for Hector… what a guy, he made sure our little one felt included and had the best time around the pool. Our little one even made him a picture to say thanks 🤩, he really made our experience better - thank you 🙏 My only comment for feedback for the hotel in general and my reason for not giving full marks, is the evening choice of bars when with a family, it would be nice to have some outside space to sit and enjoy a drink with the family. There only seems to be the sports bar inside as a location for drinks, and this can be a little noisy if there are games on. So would have loved a few outside locations to enjoy an evening drink!

Had a great time here at this resort. The entertainment crew did a great job with games and prizes. Hector, Ovi, Eduardo, Jazzy entertained the guests and our kids and we ended up with some shirts and a water bottle that our kids enjoyed for winning games.

INCREDIBLE STAFF MEMBERS
During my stay (10/24-10/31), I had the pleasure of interacting with a variety of staff members, each of whom contributed a memorable and enjoyful experience. I would like to acknowledge them. Romero, a pool waiter, was phenomenal. Romero is very attentive and always remembered what we were drinking. Eduardo, part of the entertainment team, was also phenomenal. He kept the partying going. Carmelo and Aaron, pool concierges, always checked with us to make sure our vacation was going excellent and provided everything we asked for. Carlos, waiter in Isla, provided great service everyday at the restaurant. These gentleman all went above and beyond, were very friendly to our family and were phenomenal at their job. A bartender at the Dive Bar was skilled, making some excellent drinks. I can not remember his name but he flips liter bottles on the top of his hand. Another skilled bartender (Alejandro) worked at the Heaven bar, inside the lobby. He also make some excellent drinks. Overall, these employees are some of the resorts greatest assets. Their professionalism, friendiness and dedication to guest satisfaction made our vacation truly exceptional. These incredible staff made our family and other guest feel valued and welcomed. The property is well manicured, and always clean. The rooms are nice and housekeeping do a great job. The food in all the restaurants we ate at were good, which was a different one every night. No complaints. Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning

Amazing
Carmelo the pool guy was great!!! The service was phenomenal!! He was extremely friendly and consistent. Made sure my family and I were always with a smile on our face, drink in hand, He definitely deserves more recognition he is by far the best and I have been to the resort a few times he was definitely the best staff!
