    Fun Stay!

    Overall fun mini getaway! Pros: - Great service, great amount of pool chairs, fun activities and entertainment staff, good spa with great treatments -Enjoyed the cinco de mayo festivities! lol I sanded the night away 😂 - Great housekeeping Special shoutout to: - Entertainment: Jorge, Jesus. Angel, Sergio, Ivan, Eric - Pool staff was great! Very attention. Thank you to Gibran. - Food: Jessica chef concierge - The employee at the pizza station Areas to Improve: - Our arrival could have been better, as I am usually welcomed with a glass of champagne whenever I arrive to a resort -Food choices could be improved - wish there were more healthy options. Didn’t see many fruits or veggies. - UVC attention was lacking a little in my opinion. Wish they could have been more attentive instead of me going out of my way to find them. - Rooms were decent. Missing a full length mirror. Overall 4/5. Would return.

    Great experience

    The overall experience was amazing. When we arrived our room was very clean we had the swim out pool. It overlooked the beach. It was beautiful. My girl Sonia (waitress on the beach) she was amazing. She made sure me and my husband had whatever we needed. We also liked Armando which was apart of the bartending staff at the pool.

    Great stay!

    Overall amazing experience! We loved the party vibe on the Breathless side but also enjoyed the peaceful quiet Secrets side! Special thanks to Secrets activity director Andres and Preferred Club bartender Luis who both made our experience memorable!

    GRACIAS BREATHLESS

    After a week at Breathless Riviera Cancún we can not say enough amazing things about our stay here. We spent our time in an Xcelerate Junior Oceanview Suite and our room was always clean, gorgeous and stocked with whatever we needed - we LOVED the sexy shower ! We’d like to give special thanks to some important team members at Breathless that went above and beyond to make our trip special: Spoon - LUCIEN was the first server we met and we insisted on him for our last day as well - such a bright and smiling face in the morning and always happy to greet us Picante- ANDRES, we came back twice specifically to eat Birria and see him ! he made our Mexican experience fantastic :) Rosewater- BALTAZAR was our server for our romantic beach dinner and made us laugh the entire time, making it so much more memorable Spumante- EDWIN such a character and worked so hard for us ! Entertainment team - JESUS was the ‘sexyteam’ captain for daily volleyball and kept everyone having an awesome time in the pool ! But our number one THANK YOU has to go to our incredible pool team at the NRG pool: EDWIN & ROGELIO were some of the best service we’ve ever had at a resort, constantly checking in, remembering my favourites and making us feel at home! VICENTE & ENRIQUE at NRG were fantastic concierge at the pool, always making sure we were comfortable and genuinely interested in making our stay memorable. All in all the staff were amazing and are the most important reason we’ll be back in a few months ! Food - some of the best I’ve had at a resort, we did not have one meal we were disappointed in and there was always something new to try ! Gracias por todo Breathless y nos vemos muy pronto :)

    Great Experience

    The resort is beautiful, the staff is amazing, & the food is good. The country's President needs to bring back the use of sugar, so the drinks can be delicious like I remember from last time. The off the resort activities need to be more accommodating to plus size individuals.
