Oct 30, 2025Group of 12 for a 40th bday
12 of us came for 6-10 days for a 40th and we had the best time! It was some our second time visiting this resort as we loved it so much the first time we came (4 years ago) not much has changed (including some of the staff) which is nice to see. The party pool was fun as we got to make friends with loads of guests from the US. While the normal pool was a nice way to chill or get involved with the entertainment team. Big shout out to David, victor, and Maria for looking after us poolside and also the pool entertainment team. Especially on our last day, David really looked after us alllll day! Loved the coffee shop. annoyed I only realised when I had 2 days left that I could request alternative alcohol from the bars (rather than the house spirits which are very weak) mango mimosas were my fave. And also ask for mango daiquiri, but with Kingston 62 instead, it’s the best! 9/10 of the staff were amazing. This was my second time visiting and it was lovely to still see pascal working in the buffet restaurant! When we were leaving to for excursion to tulum for a couple of days, we were abruptly stopped as we were literally about to get in our transfer telling us we had to settle our room bills, even though we were returning the next day (not checking out) this was highly inconvenient as our driver was waiting. We all had to go back to concierge to settle 10 guests bills (so not a quick thing) I never had to do this before and was quite annoyed, as one member said this is the policy and another said it’s not!? So felt abit picked out to be honest. Other than that, we had the best time! Tips, just remember to come cash ready as Mexico is a tipping country and they defo work so hard for it and deserve it, big up our cleaner too! I never got to meet her but she always kept our room lovely x We also had the best taxi man (we initially booked through hotel) (for all 12 of us almost everyday!) Victor! For living us and our music making your car a party bus everyday lol

Paradise
The hotel has all the comforts. The entertainment team including Alex, Emir, Monica and all the others are amazing and have always fun activities to involve people. It was very difficult to leave paradise!

Incredible Stay! Relaxing, Safe, and Outstanding Service! 🌴
We just returned from an amazing trip to Mexico with friends, and this resort exceeded all expectations! The spa was absolutely incredible. I went every single day, and each experience was better than the last. The food was fantastic with so many delicious options, and everything felt very safe and well taken care of throughout our stay. The service was truly over the top. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed (and more!). It was the perfect mix of relaxation, fun, and pampering. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a rejuvenating and worry-free getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

America in the xhale club is WONDERFUL. She did a great job helping us and explaining all to us. Food was good, location was convenient. Beach was a bummer. We wished there was more opportunities for newlyweds on the beach or by the water.
