We spent the day at the Del bar lords, and our bar tender Jorge Ruiz made amazing drinks. Our waitresses Deisy Cocom and Mayra P were so nice and attentive! We will be back

Love the accessibility of food, drinks, pool, and red bus. Our family had a wonderful time and the staff was so kind and generous. The staff in the Premium Lounge was great as well as the area to book excursions. Our biggest criticism was lack of authentic fresh Mexican fresh cuisine on the daily. The buffet was not very fresh.

same location next time please. however, we were on the second floor, and guests on the 3 rd floor were very loud, and keeping as awake half of the night

Overall, a nice stay with some concerns
Our room was quite spacious and for the most part very quiet except for what sounds like regular scraping of chairs coming from the floor above us. The overall condition of the room was fine and it was kept clean. The bathtub took a long time to fill up. Upon arrival we did not have any pillows or face cloths. After four requests, we finally did get the face cloths. There is a mini fridge which is kept full with pop, beer and water as well as some snacks. We found the buffets to be very mediocre. However, the à la carte restaurants had very very good food and lovely service as well as a nice atmosphere. It is difficult to get reservations for the à la carte restaurants. It can take several trips to see the person who makes the reservations to get what you would like for the length of your stay. Some of the restaurants involved taking a free shuttle bus, which runs every 20 minutes .The drinks in the bars and the poolside drink areas were always very good. The overall property is very lovely. The pools are very large, but we found the water to be too cool and they have no hot tubs to warm up in. Unfortunately there is a shortage of lounge chairs and unless you get up at 7:30 in the morning and claim one, it is almost impossible to find one later in the day. The property is supposedly smoke free except in designated areas however they give mixed messages to smokers by supplying large sand filled ash trays, all throughout the property and we were frequently exposed to people smoking around the pool area. A lot of people were complaining about a very loud whistle being used constantly for some type of group activity, which made it very hard to relax. The beach area is very nice however there are a lot of rocky areas so you need Beach shoes. The snorkelling is quite good. We saw fish and turtles. Unfortunately there are people feeding them bread and bananas, which is very detrimental to them and our wish would be that the property would have signs asking people not to do so. Overall we quite enjoyed our stay but feel the hotel needs to do more to address these issues. other people we spoke to shared our views.
