Came here for a girls trip. The report was very well maintained and the service was very good. Irene at the pool side bar was the best server I have ever had at an all inclusive. She was very friendly and always came to say hi every morning. She brought water throughout the day and drinks. Overall, very good experience.

Barcelo Maya Beach
Irene at the Barcelo Maya Beach pool was our server and she was fantastic. Very friendly and quick service. We looked forward to seeing her!

Heartwarming staff
I want to express my gratitude to the staff, the way tyou handle the guests is brilliant and heartwarming. A sense of sincerity really Especially Tere in the receptionthat greeted me took care, went the extra mile and really helped me out.
