We are just back from a week at Secrets Puerto Vallarta. We were a group of 8 celebrating a birthday. Our rooms were great, all ocean view 6,10,11,13th floors all great views. we saw whales from our balcony the first morning. Food was great and the service Fabulous- Wendy, Cesar, Sergio at Market cafe were outstanding and went out of their way to deliver top notch service, even a pretty dessert on a plate handwritten in chocolate, have a nice time. Alfonso at the pool was a great waiter and kept our drinks full. Jaime, Noah, Teresa, Ivan were the sport team that kept us busy- thanks for the fun!! Chairs were easy to find in the morning. Would definitely return!!

Below average Hyatt experience. Resort not as expected in regard to a secluded get away. Very busy with local salespeople on the beach. Many private events occupied majority of the areas. Music blasted 12pm to 12am through room. Worst part is that Hyatt allows Unlimited Vacation Club to con Hyatt members into joining. Vacation club is a scam. Almost no availability for family members.

Amazing All Inclusive Resort
We loved our stay at Secrets. So much to do and the restaurants were amazing. I did not expect such a high quality and assortment of food at an AI resort but it was fantastic. Pools were great with fun people working there. We did swim in the ocean several times and saw a few whales. Rooms were very clean and we even got a late check out when we asked. I am already planning my next trip back. I honestly can't say enough good things about Secrets. It exceeded our expectations in every way.

From the moment we arrived, we had the most incredible, carefree vacation. Every single staff member was genuinely warm, enthusiastic, and went above and beyond to make us feel special. We were truly spoiled the entire week! The food was outstanding across the board – every restaurant delivered delicious, high-quality meals. Special shoutouts to the amazing teams at Himitsu (Jacceline & Joaquin), Tamarindo (Alma Garcia, Ignacio & Abraham), and Capers (Francisco). The wine cellar, curated by the wonderful sommelier Sugifredo Leyva, has an excellent selection – if you’re debating a bottle of wine or champagne, just do it… you won’t regret it!The grounds are beautifully maintained, pools are sparkling clean, and the sunsets from this property are simply breathtaking. We loved the live music in the lobby every night, the yummy vanilla lattes at the coffee shop, and the beach cabanas serving fantastic food daily. The gym being equipped with Peloton bikes was a huge bonus for me!We stayed in the enormous and stunning Presidential Suite – pure luxury. Although the resort shares facilities with the family-friendly Dreams side, I had booked this specifically for the adults-only experience and honestly never even noticed any children. It felt completely serene and grown-up the entire time.Extra activities we loved: daily yoga classes and the ocean kayak tour. The beach is gorgeous (vendors are present but polite and add a bit of local charm rather than being bothersome).Yes, the resort is a touch older than some of the brand-new properties, but it is impeccably run, spotlessly clean, and the service level is unmatched. The incredible staff is what elevates this place to world-class.Huge personal thank you to these superstars who made our trip unforgettable: Luis & Fernando (Food & Beverage) Pool servers Caleb, Omar & Alfonso Jose & Nirvana in the Preferred Lounge Maricruz at UVC Edgar, Pedro & Allen at Market Café A truly special mention has to go to Nirvana in the Preferred Lounge, who single-handedly turned my birthday trip into something unforgettable. Before we even arrived, she coordinated every detail: reserving our dinner tables each night at the exact time we wanted, arranging seamless airport transfers and check-in, and arranging for us with two private live performances, an elegant harpist one evening and a full, energetic mariachi band the next. Every morning she sent us a thoughtful text with the day’s schedule and activities, and throughout our stay she greeted us with the warmest smile, checked in on us constantly, and genuinely made us feel like family. Nirvana didn’t just provide service; she created memories we’ll cherish forever. She is an absolute gem and the heart of what makes this resort so extraordinary. Thank you, Nirvana, from the bottom of our hearts! We’re already counting down the days until we return. If you’re looking for a luxurious, adults-only escape with heart-melting hospitality and fantastic food, book this resort – you will fall in love!

Stayed at Secrets, Adults only All-inclusive. Can't wait to go back. The resort was a little dated, but they kept it clean, the staff provided really good service and for the most part, the food was great. The SPA service was top notch and the Bordeaux restaurant was incredible! For adults only I would of liked some more music and pool bar staff. Overall really good vacation 🤗
