Had a great time .. weather was great .. staff was great food 8/10 average although had some great nights ... Roosters suck in the morning LOL but get you up and moving to the pool early

Why not!!
We spent the day at Secrets PV, via Resort Pass. From the time we stepped onto the property until the time we left we felt like VIP guests. David, the pool conseirge, greated us after check-in, showed us around the property, then helped us locate a prime location at the pool. Good drinks, great food choices throughout the day, and David checked back on us several times to make sure our day was everything we wanted it to be. The view is spectacular, the property is very clean and the staff was very accommodating. Junior, one of the pool waiters, has a key saying..."why not." There was no request he was not able to fulfill. Thanks for an awesome day!

Awesome activities and ET
This resort is top notch. Truly a five star experience. Excellent food and drinks lots of variety. Excellent entertainment, and activities available all day and into the evening. The E team works extremely hard to offer a variety of activities to suit all guests. 8:30 AM yogaon the gazebo was great 11 AM SUP paddle board Yoga was also awesome, aerobics, cooking classes, cards, and many more activities are available. Jimmy, Tere, Noe”, Ivan, Danio on the secret side we’re outstanding.. I would recommend visiting this resort to all couples and families. It is awesome.

Everything that an all-inclusive should be!
We had a wonderful time here! We enjoyed the variety of food and drinks available, and the attention to detail by all of the staff was amazing. We loved being able to lounge in the pools or join in a fun game of water volleyball and then wind down at night with the themed restaurants.

Dec 07, 2025Missing Jewelry and No Accountability from Management
My husband and I stayed at Secrets Vallarta Bay for our honeymoon, expecting a luxury experience and exceptional service. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a very serious incident and an extremely poor response from the hotel staff and management. On Tuesday night, I purchased a pair of earrings and a bracelet at the artisan market for approximately 3,000 pesos. I left the items on the minibar in our room. The next day, our regular housekeeper was off and a different person cleaned the room. The following morning, when I went to wear my jewelry, it was gone. My husband and I searched our entire room and luggage with no success. We reported the incident immediately. The first employee we spoke to at the front desk was rude, dismissive, and treated us with clear disrespect—especially after realizing we spoke Spanish. He only addressed my husband and showed no interest in helping us. The concierge who later assisted us showed little empathy and filled out the report with an attitude that made us feel like we were a bother rather than victims of a serious issue. The head of security then insisted on searching our room and safe, which felt humiliating and implied that we were being suspected rather than supported. We were told we would receive an update within 72 hours. It has now been several days, and we have received absolutely no follow-up, response, or resolution. What hurt the most is that this happened during our honeymoon—once-in-a-lifetime trip that we invested in financially and emotionally. Instead of feeling supported, we felt ignored, judged, and disrespected. A luxury resort should never treat its guests this way, especially during such an important moment in their lives. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior completely overshadowed what could have been a beautiful experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because no guest should ever go through this—especially on their honeymoon.
