Apr 28, 2025Visited for a work retreat but will visit again for personal time!
We booked a retreat for our 10 year employees and this location did not disappoint. The food was amazing! Far better than other inclusive locations I’ve visited! The staff was wonderful as were the rooms. The spa services were enjoyed by all and many said they were the best they’ve ever had! If there was any disappointment it would be that the nightly entertainment stopped at 10 each night (even the karaoke) so we didn’t get to enjoy them after long dinners.

Our third time here
Clean and beautiful resort. We stayed a week. Enjoyed all the restaurants. Loved the palapas over looking the magnificent bay. The sand, ocean, were our favorite afternoon relaxation. Bar service was great. Friendly, rembering you, what you like. Fernando knew what time to expect us. Not just a job for him, but someone who loves what he does. The Entertainment Team is SO TALENTED!!! They will keep you amused all day and night with their incredible energy. The staff will accommodate all your requests with sincere appreciation for your wants and needs. Our room was lovely. Beds are so comfortable you don't want to get up! We had wake up calls and room service coffee every morning. Right on time. All the classes were fun and expertly taught. We came home yesterday and I feel so rejuvenated!

Excellent resort
We have been to several different Secrets Resorts and this one definitely did not disappoint. We were at the resort for 10 days and it was beautiful, clean and well kept. The staff was exceptional especially Carlos in the preferred suites. He was exceptional and took care of all our needs. He booked our dinner and travel reservations and made sure our accommodations and excursions were outstanding. We would see him throughout the resort and he would always stop, call us by name and ask us if there was anything we needed. All the restaurants and waiters were excellent especially in Oceana and Capers the Italian restaurant which we visited many times.

Amazing time!!!
My experience in the preferred suite was amazing at the secrets resort and thanks to everyone especially Carlos our personal butler he was amazing always ready to help. The 🏖️ beach was amazingly beautiful so much to do and will be returning soon.

Amazing resort with exceptional service
Absolutely amazing resort with exceptional service and amenities. Staff is courteous, attentive, and helpful. We had the distinct pleasure of having Carlos Miranda as our butler. He is absolutely amazing and helped me with plans to surprise my wife on her birthday. I highly recommend this resort and can’t wait to go back.
