This all-inclusive in Cabo is all things ooo-la la. The location couldn't be more perfect on San Jose del Cabo beach, where you can nestle in for a more low-key vacation. Carve out time to stroll into the charming city center, with its distinct architecture, art galleries and boutiques that pepper the square. This newly decorated resort aims to keep its customers first. Just sit back in your Balinese Bed, order up some cocktails and plan to chillax the day away.

We choose this resort for a quick getaway. We loved our room setup and the comfort of the bed and view. My only complaint is you're right next to the main highway and the noise is loud at night. The doors are thin for blocking this noise.
The adult only pool is boring. They play easy listening music through out the day and there's no activity.
The main pool has good activity and a little more upbeat music. This is a very kid friendly resort and often had lots of little kids at the main pool.
The food was amazing. They had a good variety and everything tasted good. We really liked the Grill and the buffet was decent. The Asian restaurant was the only one we didn't like.
I have to admit I was very/extremely nervous about reading all of the negative reviews about this hotel ahead of time. I tried to go in with a positive attitude and give it a chance to make my own judgement of the hotel. I am so glad that I did because the hotel and food was wonderful! The hotel was very clean, had many dining options, and comfortable. The pools were all extremely nice. The service about the two main pools was not so great, but if you flagged down someone they would take care of you. The adult only pool was phenomenal. The service was superb. The staff came up every so often to ask if they could get you another drink or something to eat. I felt like royalty there. I read all of the reviews about how horrible the food was and I 100% disagree. I tried every single restaurant with the exception of the sports bar. All of the food was delicious and enjoyable. The tapas place was good but service was extremely slow. Don't let that deter you however, because it was worth it. The Mexican restaurant was my husband's favorite. I ordered the most unique burrito that instead of a tortilla it was wrapped in cactus. Absolutely tasty. There were some language mis communications when ordering but that is acceptable. You just have to have an open mind and not be so angry when others don't speak your language. Besides, we are in their country and their language is Spanish. We just ordered again without having to worry about having to pay extra for another meal. The all-inclusive was by far the best. It took the stress out of the vacation and worrying about how much money we were spending on food for each meal. Many people complained about the pushy VIP people and the tours. I didn't experience this because I purchased the tours ahead of time. Once I told them this I was left alone and they didn't haggle me to buy more tours. The tour desk was very helpful and one lady came up to us after our tours were over to ask how they went to make sure everything was okay. Give this hotel a chance and make up your own mind. I usually take reviews into consideration when making hotel choices but I am so glad that I stayed here because our vacation was wonderful!
We got a great deal so cannot complain much. However the resort especially in the dining and bar areas is extremely understaffed. Over half of the restaurants will be open yet there will still be 30+ min wait for a party of 2 because not enough staff. Then once you get seated will be another 15-20 min before you are waited on and in between check-ins. Also the bar menus are short and simple, other than that you have to come up with your own cocktail mix and tell them your own cocktail mix and how to make it. The altitude upgrade is worth it for the rooftop premium bar- great views and service there. Will probably not be returning but overall we had a good time for a reasonably priced trip.
