We just spent the week here and it was awesome! Oscar the bartender fantastic, Sen Lin the staff and food amazing, and my girl Reyna with the activities was wonderful!!! She was so fun, very inviting, upbeat and sweet. Every member of the staff we came across were so friendly and welcoming. They took great care of our large group.

Swimmers Bar Service - Oscar
Recently traveling with my husband on a trip typically don’t leave reviews, but the service was so incredible hard not to. The entire place was amazing. Start to finish but Oscar at the pool bar was incredible. I don’t know how he can be so productive serve so many people and keep the train on the tracks the way he does he remembers everybody’s drink and made the experience notable if you have the opportunity to stay at the grand Villa’s definitely stop by the pool bar and say hi to Oscar and his team

Elena Salazar
We have been fortunate to travel many places across the globe, but this is the first time feeling compelled to leave a review. Between work meetings we spent a lot of time by the pool. The entire staff throughout the entire resort was beyond accommodating. I mean over the top excellent. With that being said, Elena made us feel beyond at home, knew our names immediately, and it took great care and diligence, in tending to anything we needed. She was truly a breath of fresh air and so pleasant to deal with. We were very fortunate to have ended up at this resort definitely coming back and hope to see the wonderful staff again.

Amazing getaway with extended family
Beautiful resort, service is amazing. Our concierge Alexis was outstanding. We had a plethora of requests and everything we asked for was done and more. We went fishing one day and the resort prepared a huge meal for us with our catch - such a unique experience. Can’t recommend Gran Velas enough.

Best vacation ever!!!
If you’re looking for an all-inclusive hotel in Cabo, look no further. We just had the best experience at this hotel! The staff are very respectful and attentive, especially our personal concierge Tony Castro. He handled all our reservations, very attentive to our needs and overall exceptional service. He’s very responsive and helpful, simply the best! Thank you!! Our luxury room was so spacious with stunning views, room amenities are great and it felt good coming back to our room after the turn down service every night. Every restaurant at this hotel is gourmet dining at its best, even the room service was very impressive. Pools were great and there’s always an activity happening! Hope we get to come back soon!!!
