What a wonderful spot in Cabo to go and spend a few days to relax. My wife and I have been to Cabo many times and this was one of the best all inclusive resorts. Alex, our personal concierge, was the best! He made sure to update us every morning with the activities around the resort every day and made sure all of our dinner reservations were taken care of. We really just enjoyed ourselves and didn’t have to think about anything!! 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic all inclusive, especially for families
Our family spent a week at Grand Velas and had an amazing time. The options for dining, quality of food, and the service throughout the resort will have us coming back again. We went with 0 experiences or excursions planned but with the help of concierge and the onsite Cabo Adventures team, they helped us get a variety of experiences booked including transportation. Such a smooth experience. Highly recommend taking out the resort’s yacht (the Bella) for at least a couple hours. The crew was incredible, especially with our kids, and Efrain made sure we had everything we could possibly need or want. Abdias was our personal concierge for our suite and we could not have been happier. He made sure everything ran smoothly and was so attentive and quick to reply to any messages, inquiries, requests, etc. Our son left a small bracelet in the room after checkout and Abdias helped coordinate finding it and mailing it back to us, all on his day off. He went above and beyond for us and we greatly appreciated it. The service around the entire resort was exceptional and very attentive. Special shout out to Alejandro at the pool, who made sure we had anything we could possibly need, often times before we even had to ask for anything! He was so friendly and we really enjoyed seeing him each day. The quality of food and options for dining are exceptional, especially for an all inclusive resort. Our server Christian at Lucca really set the bar high for our dining experiences and the remaining restaurants followed suit. The chef at Sen Lin prepared beautiful meals for us using fresh wahoo we caught earlier that day. And David at Autor made our Michelin star dining experience amazing, personal, and fun. We generally don’t like to repeat places for vacations but there’s no question we’ll be coming back to Grand Velas again with friends and family.

The best family trip!!!
Our stay at Grand Velas was absolutely outstanding once again. This resort is truly the perfect place for families — everything from the food and drinks to the service is top-notch. What makes this hotel so special is how easy everything feels. There’s an incredible number of staff members who go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of every moment. A special shoutout to Yesenia, Karla, and Elizabeth at the kids club — they’re incredible! They even remembered our two boys from the year before. Our sons absolutely loved the daily activities and couldn’t wait to go back each day. Paul Ortiz at the pool deserves special recognition. He’s one of the kindest, yet hardest worker I’ve ever seen — constantly ensuring our drinks were full and that we always had fresh ice and water (and virgin cocktails) for the kids. Cindya led an amazing aqua mat workout class in the pool — fun, energetic, and surprisingly challenging! Highly recommend joining one of her classes during your stay. And finally, Natalia, our concierge, is an absolute gem. She helped us with dinner and spa reservations, arranged transportation, and checked in daily to make sure everything was perfect. Our kids adored her, and we truly felt cared for every step of the way. Do not miss the restaurant Autor — it’s Michelin-starred and absolutely unbelievable. During busy season, I’d recommend making dinner reservations before your trip. The only downside to this resort is that there isn’t much beach or ocean access, but honestly, the outstanding service and amenities more than make up for it.

An amazing and luxurious experience
The Grand Velas was an amazing place to celebrate our 30th anniversary! The staff were so lovely and attentive. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. Every amenity was considered, including a Dyson hair dryer (IYKYK)! All our meals were delicious but Cucina de Autor was an amazing and delicious culinary experience not to be missed! Shout out to Irving, Ivan, Omar and Isabella at the pool and Carlos (and the lovely hostesses) in Azul for excellent and friendly service. The spa is fabulous. Last, but most certainly not least, thank you to Abdias, our personal concierge, for making us feel so welcome. He assisted us with reservations, information, bookings and had a delicious treat waiting for us in our room one afternoon. Anything we needed, Abdias was immediately at the ready to help. We loved every minute of our time at this incredible resort, on the most beautiful grounds. We hope to return!

Paradise
Incredible resort from the moment we arrived to the moment we had to say goodbye. Our concierge Christian made our stay extra special with his infectious personality and exemplary service. Shout out to Cynthia for keeping us active with aqua cycle and pool mat workout. Also some of the nicest coffee was served at the resort.
