My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience. He surprised me for my birthday and I can say this resort was absolutely incredible. Alexxis definitely made us feel welcomed and make sure that everything went smoothly. He was truly incredible!!!

Amazing Honeymoon at Grand Velas
We spent our minimoon at the Grand Velas this past week and had such an incredible time. The food was several steps above any other all inclusive we’ve ever been at. All of the staff were also so nice and helpful whenever we needed anything. Astrid was our butler and she was especially so accommodating and even made sure our wedding cake was kept safe so that we could fly home with it after our trip. We 100% will be coming back!

Grand Velas Does it Again!
Fifth trip to GV Los Cabos and won't be our last. We felt completely at home here from the moment we stepped out of the car. It is the staff that takes GV over the top. They are superbly trained at every level and show genuine kindness and caring. I wish I could remember every name. Sadly, I cannot. However, from the ones I remember the standout staff were: POOL - Elena, Ivan and Alexis. Wow. They took fabulous care of us throughout our visit. Greeted us by name, set us up in our favorite spots and kept the food and drinks coming. Top notch service with a smile. SPA - Once again Cristina and Carmen are ROCK STARS! We always us them for a 90 minute massage and also for the Diamond Facial. My husband calls Carmen his "Angel." You cannot find sweeter, kinder, more professional therapists than these two. But please don't book them when we are there! Spa front desk staff and locker room/Water Ceremony staff are also amazing. SERVERS - So many great ones. We adore Abraham at Loto Grille (next door at the Boutique Hotel). Super professional and kind. He remembered us from last year when we had family with us. Brian is also one of our favorites. He seems to platoon around to different restaurants. We saw him this year when we had a different server at Frida (I think) and he came over to say hello. We found him again at Koi Bar. What a great young man. Dulce at Frida was amazing once again. We weren't super hungry and didn't know what we wanted. We left ourselves in her hands and she was on point. Super sweet as her name indicates! All of the servers outside at Azul for breakfast are wonderful. I am sorry I don't remember names. They knew what beverages we wanted (Latte frio - descafinato con un "shot de Baileys") and were always on target to assist with anything we needed. CONCIERGE - We always have Alexis and never want to change. His smile is super genuine and he is always ready to assist with anything. I am sure he gets pulled in many directions, but he has a way of making you think that you are his top priority. Fantastic! This year we dined at: LUCCA - Always love it and go there first night. It was good, but this year "something" was missing. Not sure what. Not exciting. Maybe the menu needs a refresh. New spark needed. (We still enjoyed it.) FRIDA - A favorite. Food is so so good here. The Mezcal cocktails (especially the smoky/spicy ones) are delicious. Always love our meal here. LOTO - at the Boutique Hotel next door. Very unique and great small plate to order many and share. The Short Rib dumplings are a stand out. Beautiful space as well. Dia Day Los Muertos "All Souls Dinner" next door at POOL SERVICE - I could not get enough of the Huachinango (snapper) ceviche. Had it for lunch every day. Tacos are killer as well. Drinks? anything you want! We always stay in a Grand Class Corner Room and feel like that cannot be beat. Full windows across front and one whole side. The view is incredible wherever you look. Very spacious and lux. Outdoor shower is cool. Twice daily (or more) maid service is discreet and perfect. Never leave the resort except to golf a couple of times. No need to go off property for anything. Oh - and the whales were starting to show up! We will return in February for the full whale show. One of the best all-inclusive resorts in the world. Everything is exceptional here from the moment you arrive.
Everything is perfection here from the moment you arrive. Outstanding customer service, Samantha best food I've ever had in my life from anywhere in the world let alone at an all inclusive resort, where a lot of time is corners are cut and sacrifices are made for all inclusive packages. Not here, and the price is going to reflect it. But it's worth every dollar and some. Highly recommend, exceptional family friendly resort with the kids club that goes from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily for kids of all ages up to teenagers. There is something to do for everyone.
