Everything was amazing! 5 starts for sure! Ana our Concierge was wonderful! The couples experience massage and water treatment was the best massage we have had. Pools were very clean. Room service was delicious and promptly delivered. Gym was immaculate and well appointed. Don’t forget your sunscreen.

A Perfect Experience at Grand Velas Los Cabos
The personalized concierge service, assigned even before the check-in date to arrange transportation and dining reservations, was truly impressive. My concierge, Tony Castro jeje, had everything perfectly prepared from the moment I arrived. He not only provided daily updates about activities but also went above and beyond to assist with anything I needed. It was a delightful experience with absolutely no inconveniences. The natural scenery was breathtaking, and the hotel facilities were equally stunning. Every day of my stay felt like pure happiness. There were a variety of restaurants, and the food was truly exceptional. I am already looking forward to visiting again.

The perfect resort!
We have traveled all over the world and Grand Velas is the finest resort we have ever visited. There are no areas where they don’t overachieve. The suites are magnificent, the service impeccable, and the food is divine. Every restaurant is delicious - we spent two blissful weeks here being pampered by our concierge, Astrid Cota. It was so phenomenal we have already booked again for 2026. You won’t regret a minute spent at this luxurious resort!!

Amazing stay at Grand Velas Los Cabos
My wife and I just stayed at Grand Velas Los Cabos for 4 nights. We both agreed that it was paradise, especially without the kids :) The pool was amazing and we had great experiences at dinner each night. A few of the dishes at Cocina de Autor were particularly good, with the soup being the standout. In particular, we received great service from Tony, who was our assigned concierge throughout our trip. He helped setup a visit to the spa as well as golf for me. I would highly recommend at stay at Grand Velas Los Cabos for anyone looking for an amazing all-inclusive experience. Expensive, but worth it.

5 star service and food
The service and food was exceptional. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The food was fresh and delicious. We loved Velas, Lucca restaurants which were very excellent for families. The poolside service was wonderful. Our concierge Astrid was absolutely amazing, she has a fantastic smile always and made us all feel welcome and like family. She really make the experience 5+ stars. I would suggest you work with your concierge to depersonalize, you stay as much as possible. We will be back. Fantastic for kids, amazing kids club and built in babysitter opportunities so you can have a date night.
