Most luxurious all inclusive I’ve ever stayed at. Service is incredible, food is delicious, and resort and rooms are modern and clean.

10/10, no notes!
We had a truly lovely experience on our first trip to GVLC. My husband and I went with out 1 year old and 7 year old to meet friends who have a 9 and 10 year old. When I tell you that I literally have nothing negative to say, I mean it. The food was the best I have ever had at an all inclusive. Our concierge Ana always responded promptly to any questions and was so incredibly helpful. We loved the pools and Ivan was such a fun and attentive waiter while we spent our days there. My son loved the kids club and the staff there were so kind to him, even sending us photos of him while he was there. The grounds are pristine and our view from our sunrise suite was gorgeous. We have traveled to many resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean and this experience was easily one of the very best. We can’t wait to return!

My Grand Velas experience - a paradise
. Classy, comfortable, amazingly delicious food Hospitality at its best. Natalia was simply outstanding in helping us coordinate our schedule. Special thanks to Ismail, Abraham at the poolside. Alejandro and hector front desk. Not to forget the room cleaning staff was outstanding with their service. Beautiful location and views as well. It was worth every penny. Do not miss dinner at Frida, sen Lin and luccas. Will return to the same facility soon

Best Mexico trip
We had the best experience. Atena helped us enjoy every moment. She was the best and so helpful. She helped us reserve all our restaurants. And our yacht experience. We had a blast thanks to her.

A Holiday Paradise
We spent Thanksgiving week at Grand Velas and had such a wonderful time. The property is stunning and very well maintained, the food is delicious, and the team is very polite and they go out of their way to provide excellent service. Natalia was our assigned personal concierge and made our stay all the more special. We miss her already! We cannot wait to return and are already looking at our 2026 calendar!
