We can’t say enough positive things about this resort. The service was impeccable. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Alena and Hugo at the pool. The pools were the perfect temperature. The Food was great and the rooms were spacious and beautiful. We especially enjoyed the outside chaise lounge. Tara concierge was in touch with us each day and answered any questions that we had. Perfect experience!

Every aspect of the resort was above my expectations. I will highly recommend Grand Velas to anyone considering a trip Los Cabos.

Highly recommend
The resort was one of a kind with ocean view suites with a very luxurious look and feel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay starting with the check-in process, to the Spa, to the gym, to the restaurants and through the end of our stay at checkout. The staff were highly skilled and very attentive. We would highly recommend and we look forward to returning in the near future.

Unforgettable Experience
All I can say is WOW!!! From the beautiful views, to the whale sightings, to the amazing rooms, everything was top notch; but the impeccable service was a true differentiator. Our personal concierge, Gianni Paredes made sure we had everything we could possibly need. The pool side service team was fantastic. Special shout out to Elena Salazar for catering to our every need. We returned home yesterday and I’m already dreaming of our next visit.
