We had an extraordinary time at Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos! Our room was perfect. The food at the many unique restaurants was delicious, and the service was SPECTACULAR. Alex Santos and Maggie took extra good care of us each morning for breakfast - even recognizing our anniversary with a lovely dessert. Jorge at the pool was the ultimate host. On every visit to the pool, he kept us well hydrated with water, soda, beers, and a frozen drink when the day got especially hot. He made excellent food recommendations and in general anticipated anything we might need. The overall vibe here was hospitality. Every person we encountered welcomed us as if we were in their home. From the welcome cocktail and cool towels as we checked in, to the lovely touches in our room, every staff member is to be commended for the genuine kindness they showed. We also had a wonderful day at the spa. Soccoro and Horencia provided some of the best massages we have ever experienced. I highly recommend you book something with them. We can't WAIT to get back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Dream Wedding Experience at Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos
My girlfriend and I recently attended my friends’ wedding at Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos, and it was truly spectacular from start to finish. The scenery alone — stunning ocean views, dramatic cliffs, and beautifully landscaped grounds — sets the perfect backdrop for a luxurious celebration. The wedding spaces were elegant and thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm, romantic atmosphere for both the ceremony and reception. What stood out even more was the impeccable service. Every single staff member — from the wedding coordinators and photographers to the servers and bartenders — went above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and celebrated. A very special shoutout to Diana, the wonderful wedding planner. She was such a warm and welcoming presence throughout the entire wedding week. Despite how busy and high-pressure weddings can be, she always made time for personal touches. One moment that really stuck with me was when she noticed my girlfriend and I trying to take a quick couple photo on the stairs. Instead of rushing by, she jumped in, helped us pose, took several amazing shots, and even took a moment to chat. Those are now some of our favorite photos from the trip — and we genuinely felt like we made a friend. If you’re considering Los Cabos for a wedding destination, look no further. Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos delivers beauty, exceptional hospitality, and unforgettable memories. Highly recommend!

The best experience
Brian and Enrique were so accommodating and gave us the best service. My drinks were always filled and the food came out in a timely manner.
