My husband and I stayed at Dreams from Christmas Day till New Year's Day. We had a fabulous time. We had a one-bedroom ocean view suite which was more like a partial view which was a little disappointing but not a deal breaker. The worst part of our trip was when the Hyatt staff tried to get us to buy in to their inclusive club. They gave us a nice breakfast but tried to talk us into investing $120,000. We committed to 90 minutes of our time but when it was pushing 2 hours we were getting frustrated and they were still trying to push their deal down our throats. It wasn't until we started raising our voices that they allowed us to leave. So unless you have an $120,000 laying around skip their presentation. Otherwise the bartenders at Rendezvous were fantastic. Shout out to Jorge, Marcus and Javier! Also our server, Jonpol, at Portofino, the Italian restaurant, went out of his way to make our dining a five-star experience. We went to Portofino twice and he was our server both times. The second time because we specifically requested him. He completed our New Year's Eve dinner with flaming shots of tequila and a dessert plate.! Another shout out to Damas! She's an employee of AmStar and helped us book several excursions. She was so helpful and polite and worked all the time. The resort itself is clean and beautiful! Food was fantastic, drinks I think were a little watered down. Although we traveled as a couple, there were many families there. That didn't bother us though. We enjoyed watching the little kids running around and having a good time. If you're looking for a swimmable beach, this is not the place to go. You can stand near the water but the riptide is very strong. We went into Cabo a couple of times to do our excursions. There were just too many people down there for our liking and we were very happy that our resort was about 25 minutes away. Maybe we'll go back someday but there are just so many other parts of the world that we want to experience.

Big shout out to the cafe team - especially Raymond who always had my order ready to go at 5am. The entire team is super supportive and helpful. Highlight of my stay.

Sevgio made this experience amazing! Food was spectacular.
Sevgio (Sevvevi) was AMAZING. He was super helpful with recommendations, attending to our needs, communicating through the process, and was very personable! Best server we have had by far!! The food was luxurious and SO delicious. Amazing atmosphere and well prepared meals.

Amazing server at Oceana
I ate at Oceana and our server was Sevgio (Sevvevi), he was the best and was beyond kind to us. He brought so much energy to our experience and truly made it that much more enjoyable. Such an amazing server!!

The restaurant Oceania was phenomenal with the best server Sergio (Sevvevi) . By far the best service I’ve experienced at Dreams Los Cabos, if eating there ask for Sergio.
