My overall experience from contract building and planning for our event was great. Coordinator Raymondo was a pleasure to work with via email and Teams meetings, and once arrival on the property, he and the supporting staff were able to assist and support us during our stay. I recommend the resort for business, and I am excited about going back on a personal trip.

Wonderful Resort and Facility in Los Cabos.
First Class facility and complete resort both in what was offered, rooms, pools, food, drinks, and entertainment. You will not be disappointed. Just a beautiful facility offering tons of things to do or just relax.

I miss them already!
This resort is highly recommended! My room was clean and the pool and ocean view allowed me to feel peaceful. I enjoyed the various foods with the experience of eating at various restaurants. The atmosphere of the restaurants were designed to fit various personalities. If you want quiet, there is the French restaurant. If you want lively, there is the seaside grill.

Prices should be half off because of the time I spent on a toilet. Not sure if it's the water since I spent three earlier days at another resort and dining around town in Cabo without any issues. My guess is the food prep. Speaking with other guests, they seem to have suffered the same symptoms. Service was spotty depending on the restaurant you go to but didn't expect to be impressed. And if they try to sweeten your stay by listening to a time share presentation, stay away. You'll end up losing have your day with some pressure sales tactics.

Great Trip
The resort location to the Airport was great (30 minute drive). The resort and resort staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort rooms are dated a little but comfortable. The pool and beach area are great along with the staff and all of the activities. The restaurants we ate dinner at were Portofino and Seaside Grill. We had a 2 hour wait at Portofino 1 of our nights but it was simply due to a large group they sat right after they opened at 5:30. We were able to see whales right from the beach which was amazing. Overall it was great trip and will be back to spend more time there.

Hotel Spring Break Policy - Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
