Resort very clean and beautiful. Staff at the restaurants were all very friendly and helpful. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The beach area is the only downside to this resort as it was reduced in size by a previous hurricane from what I have read. Pool by ocean is in need of work and appears to have support beams on outside wall where ocean is hitting pool wall

Beautiful resort
Rooms are comfortable, staff is so friendly and kind. The place is clean, got a massage with Ericka very relaxing! Sheyla was very helpful, helping us book activities and any other service we needed as well as questions we had. Thank you for your hospitality

Our experience at Occidental Cozumel was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and top-notch service. The resort is tucked away in a beautiful, lush jungle setting that makes you feel like you’ve escaped to a tropical paradise. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with charming decor that matched the natural vibe of the island. The beach was absolutely stunning— crystal-clear turquoise water and plenty of shaded loungers. The snorkeling right off the shore was some of the best we’ve ever experienced with vibrant marine life. Every meal we had was delicious. The buffet offered a wide variety, and the à la carte restaurants delivered excellent service and flavorful dishes. We especially loved the beachside lunch options. What really made our trip exceptional was the friendly, attentive staff who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They truly made us feel like valued guests. Whether you’re looking to relax on the beach, dive into snorkeling, or enjoy the beautiful pools and delicious dining, Occidental Cozumel can deliver it all. We would definitely go back again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The stay was very beautiful!!! The food is very delicious. Mexican food, seafood, pizza, Mediterranean food and the buffet has a wide array of different foods to choose.

Girls Trip
Our group of nine women had a great time at the Occidental. We picked this property based on the location for diving and were very please with the service. The staff was amazing and very attentive. We would go back.
