Jul 02, 2025Beast Beach on the island!
We made our annual trip to Cozumel and this is our first stay at Allegro and the best beach on the island 💯. The property is stunning! The maintenance employees are non stop keeping the grounds beautiful. The food was excellent any time of the day. My only wish is that they had more specialty restaurants to choose from. The first night we arrived, we were served an oriental dish and while it was delicious, I was hoping to have the option of Mexican food given that I was visiting Mexico. I will definitely come back to only Allegro for the service! Juan Diego (JD) and his hospitality was superb! He made himself available and open to suggestions. His attention to detail was like no other. He truly cared about our experience and deserves a round of applause and a raise! Itzel’s service on the Beach was excellent. She was timely and always served with a smile. David with Zumba was super fun! A special thanks to all the bartenders for serving us with smiles! Don’t look anywhere else! Allegro is the resort of the island!

Food was marginal and access to the nice dining limited at best but the overall service was good. Dive trips were outstanding and the boat rides minimal. Snorkeling along the resort beach was easy and lots of marine live

Fantastic place for families
We had a fantastic time together with our family this trip. Allegro Cozumel was a great choice for our size group and budget. David and Diego with the entertainment were top notch! They are personable, fun, and they get the crowd going. Buffet every night had plenty of options for everyone and the Mexican restaurant night was delicious. We love the resort isn’t huge or has thousands of people. The photographer did a beautiful job on our family photos as well…highly recommend booking before you arrive.

Amazing experience!!
We took a family trip here for 7 days and had an absolute blast! The food was amazing, the drinks were great and we had nothing but a great experience. David on the entertainment team was so much fun and kept the entertainment coming, we took part in so many of the activities and won some prizes too!!! Would definitely travel here again.

David was Awesome!!!!!
I had the best time of my life with David the animator and also the rest were okay too. JD and Diego did amazing during the activities. The food was mid. There could definitely be more options.
