We love Allegro Cozumel. The staff is just the best. We particularly want to mention Omar, Luis, Christian, and Alfredo at the Santa Rosa. They are just amazing and make our visit very special. Looking forward to next December!

Come to Allegro in Cozumel. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
If you are looking for good entertainment I would recommend looking out for Diego and Arby. They both add to the atmosphere and pump up the crowd~ If you are looking for good food and service I would suggest looking out for Henry. He made the best desserts ever(this is coming from someone who doesn't enjoy sweets much). Lots of other good staff here that I didn't catch their names for. Best first experience in Cozumel and out of the states!

Absolutely amazing! Love Diago, Arby, Itzel, Mara and Henri
This is a really nice resort. I haven't stayed at too many myself but for the ones I have this has been the best! The grounds are beautiful and easy to navigate. The staff are amazing! Especially these few...activities staff Diago and Arby are a must to talk to and get to know. Mara is in the spa and does a fantastic job! Itzel takes care of you by the ppol and she is so nice and never forgets a drink, and for waiters you have to meet Henri! He makes the best banans foster and coffee flambe I have ever had. The food was great, the shows were amazing and they have a disco for night dancing and drinking thats open until 1:30. I will say you can hear the disco from most rooms so that can be a problem if youre a light sleeper bit everything has been fantastic here for me and my family's stay.

Arbey is our guy!
We love Allegro, Arbey is our guy, you need anything you go to him. He makes our whole trip amazing!! My mom turned 65 this year and Arbey organized a private party for us, it was so special for her. Thank you for the memories!

Fabulous Family Vacation
We visited Allegro Cozumel for a family vacation the week of January 26, 2026. It was a fantastic experience for our group of ten, including 5 kids under the age of 13. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the food in the restaurants was always fresh and delicious with a variety of options. In particular, our experience at the Teppanyaki restaurant was an entertaining and memorable evening. Arbey, JD, Diego and the rest of the entertainment crew deserves special recognition for making our family feel welcome and running fun poolside activities. The evening entertainment was excellent, particularly the Prehispanic Show which was a fabulous exhibition of the Indigenous culture of Cozumel. Special shout-out again to Arbey for making bracelets for all our kids and treating us like family here at Allegro!
