    Riu Las Americas review

    I had such an amazing time at Riu Palace Las Americas! The resort itself was beautiful, clean, and full of energy, we truly had the best time ever. One of the highlights for me was the ability to visit other Riu resorts nearby. That flexibility made the entire trip even more valuable. Although the beach at our hotel had quite a bit of seaweed, we were able to easily spend time at Riu Caribe, which had the most incredible beach and perfect for swimming. Every Riu location we visited was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. Honestly, the best part of my trip was staying at such a great hotel. I would 100% go back!

    Amazing Holiday

    Thank you RIU Palace staff in Cancun, you made our holiday very special. The hotel is spotless a special shoutout to Lucy for ensuring our room was always clean and well stocked up toiletries, mini bar etc. The room was lovely looking across the Caribbean Sea and beautiful turquoise water. The diversity of the pools quiet/chilled/party pools ensures however you feel that day there’s a pool suited and there are plenty of sunbeds. Special shoutout out for William who made sure we always had a cocktail in our hand when at the small pool. He was always smiling and having a laugh with my partner Stevie and myself. When you first go through the doors going out to the large pool, it is definitely a wow moment and doesn’t get tiring!! My favourite restaurant was the Black and white steak restaurant, shoutout to Thomas who is courteous and very welcoming, I understand why he is front of house!! All food we had was fab throughout and the coffee shop with cakes were unreal. All staff work really hard to be friendly and make your stay the best. Thanks again absolutely amazing hospitality. We will definitely return.

    Great place to stay in Cancun!

    We had a great time during our 5 day stay at Riu Las Americas. Miguel in the entertainment division was excellent and always attentive to making our stay enjoyable! The Hotel was very clean and the buffet staff were always helpful with anything that was needed. The Riu parties were a lot of fun as well, overall I would stay again based on the cleanliness and staff at the Riu Palace!
