    Flawless

    Had a flawless family vacation in January 2026 - great service, very impressed with the variety in the buffet. Italian a la carte entrees could have been better, but were not huge foodies so it wasn’t a breaking point.

    Family-oriented hotel with a lot of noise

    The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was generally clean, especially considering it is a very family-oriented resort. Facilities are well maintained, and the beach is beautiful with plenty of sunbeds available during the day. Like in many resorts, sunbeds are often reserved with towels early in the morning, with people returning much later. However, it was still usually possible to find available sunbeds. One thing the hotel could improve is the sunbed policy: towels left for several hours limit availability for other guests. A clearer rule or better enforcement could make the beach experience fairer for everyone. The downside was the noise. Children and teenagers were running and shouting late at night, and some adults were loud as well. The mix of children and adults during White and Neon parties did not work well and felt uncomfortable. Room doors are poorly soundproofed, which affected sleep. Overall, this hotel is suitable for families with children, but not recommended for couples or guests seeking peace and relaxation.

    We loved it!

    Well, I guess, someone can complain about chipped furniture in the room, but me and my 12 years old were happy with everything. Room, TV, included bar, all inclusive buffet, 4 on-site restaurants, unlimited drinks, sun and Caribbean Sea. Staff is friendly and helpful. Waterpark has 4 pretty powerful slides 🛝 and entertainment was great, dancers and costumes are incredible! There are adults only pools with swim-up bars, those my kid couldn’t get and that was the only disappointment (for her).

    Reset Vacation

    Everything was good, service was great, the food selection can be upgraded, overall experience was good I would recommend the hotel to family and friends.

    Terrible service around resort

    This resort had some of the worst service I have ever experienced in my 20+ years of going to Mexico. I went with my family, and I have a 14 and 17 year old. Although this is not an adults only resort, we went to one pool one day and was told it was adults only. We then moved pools, only to be told that one was as well. My daughter, who is 17 and who I paid the hotels adult rate for, would not even let her sit on the edge of the pool with us. The one other main pool that is not adults only is overrun by small children and has music blasting all day. Absolutely no waiter service to the area and no swim up bars that aren't adults only. The staff are very rude by the pools. Although the beach is nice, the resort needs a lesson in service. Would not go back for this reason.
