    Amazing vacation! Thanks to Jessica the pool concierge and Isabel the CocoBongo Rep!

    We had an amazing experience at Occidental Costa Cancun. Thank you to Jessica the pool concierge who was amazing and super helpful. Also to Isabel the CocoBongo representative who was very accomodating and showed us a great time at the beach party as well as the CocoBongo show! We would definitely do it again and we highly recommend. The pool staff was also amazing and made our experience there feel like a real vacation. Cant wait to go back!

    Need Improvment

    Improve booking of restaurants to online instead of having to go to lobby & check for availability. Repair AC & door locks. Improve also the quality of snack bar food. The housekeeping and waiter service was great.

    Nice Hotel

    This is a nice Horel for a nice vacation. Think of this hotel if you are on a buget. Prices are very decent. It needs some overall improvement but all I can say is that my husband and I had a great time. The servers from the Albatros and the Claraboya were just amamzing, also the front desk personal were very nice. I see people scored this hotel very low but the Hotel doesn't make you vacations fun you are!
