    Good location travel solo or group

    As a solo traveler, every adventure I embark on is an exhilarating journey! One of the absolute highlights? The food! Each bite is a burst of flavor, crafted by some truly incredible chefs. It’s an experience that leaves me craving more and more! Worth it 👌

    Needs a Remodel

    This hotel rooms definitely needs a remodel / update Bathrooms are very uncomfortable to take a shower. Has mold , the water flow is not good and shower is small. Very clean hotel. Overall food was ok. Few workers are not pleasant but others are very friendly and pleasant. Will not be visiting this hotel again until the rooms gets remolded.

    A solid four star. Will be back.

    A small resort. But extremely friendly. The beach is great. The food is good. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Ulysses and Enrique and Russell so many great employees who are willing to help and go the extra mile. There is a preferred club that gets you a little more access, but we were the standard participants and enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

    Been here on a family holiday for 10 days, the staff have been exceptional the whole time but would like to praise the young boy Luis who is always working very hard throughout the whole time we have seen him. Excellent member of staff with an incredible work ethic.

    Not enough options for lunch

    Dreams before hyatt had olio and grill so you can get something simple as a hamburger and fries.i was told at olio that it was only a 20 to 25 minutes wait.lol not true. How hard is it to have a grill by the pool. Amazing how the last owner always looked for customer service. If you don't have enough tables.you should be able to create more. Along the side are 3 tables not being used Maybe someone should look into why not! I'm here now and second day I wanted just a simple lunch.we have been to sands at least 15 times.i am here now. What a disappointment how much of the little things we appreciated is what made us come back.is so easily forgotten!
