    Not up to Dreams standards

    Beautiful beach but was in shade most of the day. No activities for kids. Loved the volleyball net in ocean. Food was generally good except for raw lobster and tough steaks occasionally. Almost everyone seemed to be preferred so only very early guests could get seats in partial sun. Early guests couldn't get seats at all on preferred beach. Preferred staff was very good. Public areas of hotel were very cold- always have a jacket.

    Amazing Resort

    Beautiful resort with great food!

    Gorgeous resort with awesome food, even better service. A relaxing and fun vacation with my family! Thank you to the tremendous and friendly staff for a wonderful vacation. Shoutout to Diana for making the activities so much fun. The hotel had an amazing New Years Eve dinner & celebration with an awesome assortment of food, from sushi to beef, pork, lobster and everything in between. The decorations were so beautiful and festive and it was amazingly all cleaned up by the morning. The beach was quite small due to the erosion, but that just meant you hot to sit closer to the ocean! Loved that the resort institutes a policy where you cant reserve beach chairs for more than half an hour. Which means you can always find a seat. Incredible place, highly recommended resort.

    Great Service in Cancun

    The accommodations and service were very good. Michelle was a superstar, she ran great activities especially water aerobics! Carlos at the teppanyaki was fantastic and Noe was also great! The resort was very family friendly.

    I love the activities being organized by Diana and Michelle and the entertainment team were so talent and fun group.

    The main pool was fantastic to do lots of activities. The service was amazing because of the staff who took care of me. Check in was incredible we got our room quicker with an upgrade and check out was so easy the staff brought our bags down. The view was great because it gave us a chance to see the ocean. The rooms was so clean and easy to ask questions and the hallways were so quiet. It made us feel like home and was very clean to the point of feeling good during the trip. The atmosphere was so cool. The location was stunning. The value was good.
