I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Omar Lagunas Throughout my stay he became a dear friend and made our vacation truly unforgettable. What struck me most was his kindness and dedication to ensuring my family and I had an incredible time Omar always took the time to chat with me and make sure I was enjoying all the resort's activities and amenities. His passion for his work is contagious and shows in every detail. I only found out he was the Entertainment Director when I was checking out, and it made me appreciate his kindness even more! Amazing spa experience
Resort was cleaned with friendly staff everywhere. It was our second time visiting this resort. We enjoyed the spa a lot and received massages from Jesus. Super pleased with the massage and the facial service I received by him. Of all the Secret and Dreams resorts that we have been to, I can say that Jesus is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced massage therapists I have ever had. My body felt light, relaxed and rejuvenated, especially the next day after the massage, which is exactly how a massage supposed to do to your body, and not feeling pain and achy afterwards. I will definitely come back to this resort again to enjoy the best spa experience and the superb massage service from Jesus! I strongly recommend Jesus as your massage therapist if you go to the spa at Dreams Playa Mujeres. You won’t be disappointed!! 🥰
