Our trip wouldn’t have been the same without Carlos and Ricardo from the entertainment team! From the moment we arrived at the resort, they brought an amazing energy that made every moment around the pool fun, memorable, and full of laughter. Whether it was organizing games, getting everyone involved, or just stopping by for a friendly chat, they had a special way of making everyone feel welcome and included. Their enthusiasm and charisma were contagious, and it was clear how much they genuinely cared about making sure guests had a great time. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was unforgettable. Thanks to them, we have not only amazing memories but also smiles that will last long after our trip has ended. Thank you, Carlos and Ricardo, for everything – you truly made our vacation extra special!

Best Family Resort
Excellent staff, if you go to the pool ask for Jaime! He is the best, second time here and definitely one of the best family hotels in the Cancun area.

Aging hotel. Great food. Worthless preferred club. Nickel and dime city. Time share sales? Why? No concierge at the preferred club or at the hotel entrance? Bad gym. Great if not incredible food. Entertainment is very good. Number of pool incredible. Size of resort is smaller but not in a bad way. Services and servers are great. Checking in was bad just bad.

The best family vacation we've ever had!
We just returned from the best family vacation we have EVER HAD! I want to start by saying THANK YOU to the entire team at Dreams PM, you made our experience very unforgettable! We came to celebrate my husband's birthday and as soon as we got off the van we were greeted with smiles, a cold towel and welcome drinks. I knew right away we were in good hands. As soon as we got to our room, they have prepared champagne and a cake for my husband which we greatly appreciated. The rooms were immaculate - clean, modern and well laid out. Housekeeping went everyday - changed sheets, replenished towels and bar. The food in all the restaurants were delicious! We are foodies and love to enjoy good food and the resort did not disappoint us at all. Our favourites were Gaucho and Fusion! World Cafè is also a very good option for families with kids, although all restaurants had a good kids menu :) The amenities and service was something we have never experienced. We have a 4 yo but she did not go to the kids club, but I heard from families who went that it was awesome. I want to emphasize that apart from the beautiful space and amenities, what made this vacation the best is the service we have received from the entire team. It was a full house during our stay, but not once did we feel like we were overlooked. Someone was always asking if they could get us a drink or something to eat - all with a smile on their face! I want to give a special shout out to the people who left a mark on us during our stay, Rene (bell boy) from the moment we arrived till we departed, he remembered our names and was very hospitable. Servers Oliver and Luis, both of which went above and beyond to make sure we tried every single dish and even sang a happy birthday song for my husband - THANK YOU!!! We just left but we are already looking forward to the day we return. If you are still thinking if this resort is worth it, think no more and book that trip!!!

Oct 16, 2025Beautiful resort…Mosquitoes galore.
The property is huge and hilly. Expect to get your steps in here. All restaurants were delicious, I know people hate buffets but breakfast lunch and dinner had a wide variety of fresh foods. All the other restaurants with menu options were excellent and you could order as many entrees as you wanted. All the employees are bilingual and extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in the private pool room walkout to beach and the view was fantastic. The patio can be more private with the resort extending the bushes to end of pool. While relaxing in pool the resort gave several time share tours in the next room in full view of us in pool. Negatives- Mosquitoes !! Path to beach they attack you. Near beach at night they are tortuous. Beach very seaweedy. A couple of nights per week they set up stands in main courtyard with souvenir stands and they are very pushy.
