    Team Celebration

    The entire staff was attentive and met all requests with a smile. The beach amenities were excellent, pool was clean and well staffed and the spa was incredible

    Great service

    Celebrated my birthday at the Prime 787, we were served Angelo. The food was delicious and the service was great. Angelo always checked on us with what we needed.

    Good overall!

    Food and service was great! Had the surf and turf. The lobster tail was huge and while the portion of filet mignon was smaller, each bite was consistently a 10/10. Thank you Angelo for being a great server.

    Very memorable resort.

    This resort was more beautiful than we imagined. The food was divine and the customer service was top tier. The only wish would be to have microwaves and refrigerators capable of cooling food.

    Fun Times at the Hyatt Regency in San Juan

    It was great. I loved the pool and the beach was nice and secluded which made the experience more intimate. The food, drinks and entertainment was excellent!
