This is a great and friendly hotel, the entertainment team was fantastic, always making sure you know what is going on.rooms was nice but needed a bit of TLC in places over all very nice.

May 08, 2025Injuries sustained due to maintenance neglect
I understand that things happen, but this was out of control with the amount of times we had to contact front desk for assistance. We had 2 rooms and were moved to 2 additional rooms and all 4 rooms had issues. A/C leaked onto the floor to create a massive pool of water which my son slipped and injured himself. We continuously asked for the manager and no management came to see how he was doing.

Well what can I say this hotel is amazing I really worried about going after reading some reviews but i didn't need to worry as this hotel.is very beautiful, the staff are what make this place so welcoming they always took time to ask about your day. The entertainment staff do everything to make sure you enjoy your stay always made time to speak with us, getting everyone involved in the activities. The pools, rooms and restaurant was very clean. The fridge was always full of different types of drinks the room was very spacious. With a bath and shower separated toilet the bed was very comfy. The evening entertainment was great always fun to watch the atmosphere was great. We met some amazing people who also made this holiday great. The food was always hot and presented very nice salad was fresh daily and for a very fussy person i always found something to eat. When people mentioned The noise of a evening i was a bit concerned but again the planes didnt bother us as couldnt hear them when im my room and the only noise is when people was going to their rooms. The only negative I have is if you lost your band you had to pay £250 dollars which is a lot of money considering how much you pay to go to this hotel. Really didn't understand the cost.

Overall pretty good. Place needs to be updated a bit. The entertainment could be changed up a bit. The same music was played every day it seemed like. The air conditioning in the rooms is below average.
