We had a great time. It was our 15th time at the resort. It’s like a second home. Food was great. And staff are excellent. We will be back in 2026

A relaxing haven.
This was a different visit for me. I was part of a Women’s Relief Group through Together for Cuba delivering medical supplies to hospitals, villages etc. I was away from the hotel most days but to return each day to such a beautiful, peaceful place made the end of every day a totally relaxing experience. In the week before the group arrived, the hotel went out of its way to facilitate the sorting and packing of the supplies that were to be delivered to the community. Sharing my favourite hotel, with new guests who were part of this trip, gave me a great deal of pleasure. The staff went above and beyond to help in every aspect, and the appreciation by them, of the work that was being done by this group of women was evident. The food is always excellent with so many choices, the a la cartes superb thanks to Chef Antonio and his team. The air conditioning in the rooms was a welcome relief at the end of the day and the beds are so comfortable. Thank you to everyone at the hotel, staff and guests, for making this trip, one of many, based out of Memories, so successful. I will return very soon.

Amazing place, one of the best resorts in Cuba❤️❤️❤️
We were there to celebrate my birthday and it was amazing. The staff is very professional and friendly, the food is delicious, the rooms are beautiful and with very comfortable beds, the beach is gorgeous surrender by mountains, the coral reef is right on the beach perfect for snorkeling and scuba diving, lots of fish, withe sand and crystal clear waters. The location is great between Havana and Varadero which makes it perfect to visit both places. If you love hicking this is also a great place, it has it all. We had the most amazing vacation time. The three restaurants and buffet are wonderful. This is one of the best resorts in Cuba. Thank you to all the staff for the most amazing time❤️❤️❤️

Best resort
We were at Memories Jibacoa from Dec 3 to 10 . This is the best resort in Cuba! We have returned here every year since 2000 and we will return again. The staff are amazing and the resort is well kept. The food is very good and the grounds impeccable.

Our favourite place in Cuba
The staff here is wonderful. Always smiling and willing to help. The food is very good in the restaurants. The buffet is also good. There are Three restaurants here and one buffet. There is a coral reef here to explore. A favourite place for most is by the pool. There are activities from bingo to aquasize to learning a popular dance. There is a nightly show as well as a piano player of a guitar player to entertain you at the piano bar. It is located up the stairs beside the main desk.
