  Verry bad

  Extremely Disappointing Experience – Never Again We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately our experience was very negative. I want to share this so others are aware before booking. The service only seems to be good if you speak Spanish. If you don’t, you are ignored or treated poorly. We paid £3600 and did not receive the service or quality that should come with that price. Cleanliness is a major issue – our room was not properly cleaned, and basic things like drinking water were not restocked. My wife even had a pair of trousers stolen, which is unacceptable. The food was another big disappointment. It is repetitive and often reused from previous meals. At the buffet there were frequently no salt shakers, vinegar, or oil available. The plates and glasses were dirty, and the staff often looked annoyed when you asked for anything. The only area where the staff behaved more professionally was at the beach bar. Everywhere else the service was extremely slow and unorganized. The worst part is that when you report concerns to reception, they try to cover for each other instead of helping. Additionally, some staff members were offering marijuana on the beach, which is very inappropriate considering this is a family resort with many children. We will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking this hotel.

  I have been to 6 all inclusive resorts rated 4/5 or above in Caribbean. Unfortunately, this one can't be more than 2/5

  Location is great. Beach is nice. Entertainment is very good. The gym is nice. The spa is nice. The rest is 2-3/10 at best. Facilities, including aqua park are dated. If you are going when it is not high season, half the restaurants are not open, it is impossible to book a restaurant unless you probably go as an Ultimate leisure club, and even then, most restaurant food is not good. We were told steak hose is the best, but we were never able to book there. Hibachi was oversalted and dried out, Mediterranean restaurant was 3/5 at best, Raw bar was terrible, not enough food, and the food that is served is mostly primitive, and we waited for food for over 1 hour (again understaffed reasoning). The buffet was the best option for dining in general, but unfortunately only half of the food appeared edible or fresh. Often the buffet smelled of sewage. Bars were fine, but most did not stock much besides basics. Bars were fine but most did not stock much besides basics. Our room had a beautiful view and was comfortable and appeared clean, but smelled of mildew as well as our sheets smelled of mildew. The cleaning service was good. Concierge were misleading. Left bad taste in our mouth. We booked through Expedia and he told us we were eligible for 1 free premium breakfast or lunch which we booked. He said that there will be an optional raffle we can participate in during his breakfast. When we showed up[, turned out it was a mandatory vacation presentation, which we did not want to do, so we could not have the premium breakfast. Wasted our time. Kids club that is indoors has nothing to offer kids most of the time besides screen time. They do not feed kids except twice a week there is pizza during lunch. For any fun activities, kids need to be by the pool or beach, and under parental watch.

  Don’t book this hotel!

  We had booked two weeks at this hotel for the October half term holidays. We arrived in storm Melissa. The check in was awful. It was pouring with rain and we were basically just given a room key and pointed in the rough direction. Our room was in a building towards the beach but it was hard to find in the dark and torrential rain. There was no map provided. No explanation of where anything was. We put our things in our room and went back out to try find where to eat. Staff were all rude and the service was non existent. The buffet food was cold. We had a family room which was a good size. Had a separate living room area. The room was never cleaned during our stay. There was building work going on near our room. Builders walking about carrying ladders and tools and you could hear building work. The hotel itself is quite pretty but where we were it was quite scruffy and run down looking. Tried to book some restaurants through the concierge. They were miserable. All the staff at the hotel seem very depressed/ miserable and not what you expect when going to the DR. After a couple of days of feeling unhappy there I messaged TUI and they moved us to Riu Palace Punta Cana. This hotel was amazing and we were so glad to be out of the Sirenis. If you’re looking at this hotel I’d pick something else

  Very attentive staff Constant entertainment and activities ran by Black Panther, Picachu, Jackson, Dj Bruno Very friendly atmosphere and clean environment
