Exceptional Resort
Secrets cap Cana exceeded our expectation. My husband and I have been to many all inclusive resorts and this was by far the best one. From the time we arrived, the service was exceptional. We didn’t opt for preferred and we still received very good service. Sitting on the non preferred side of the beach, the staff kept coming by to ask if we wanted drinks so in my opinion the service was just as great. My fav drink was green island and beach boy. The one thing I loved about this resort is how easy it was to get coconut water at the beach. I love coconut water so this was a plus for me. We were assigned a concierge and any questions, we could ask him. Thank you Carlito. Our room was incredible. Everything worked properly such as AC, fridge, shower etc. The only thing I had to get used to was using bottled water to brush our teeth. The food was incredible. Our favorite restaurants were Bordeaux, Portofino and El Patio. Very good selection of food in each of these restaurants. Thank you Eddy for always making good food recommendations. The beach had seaweed but it was no fault of the hotel, just that time of the year. They worked so hard to get rid of it as much as they could. Despite the seaweed, we still went into the ocean and there was no seaweed 10 feet in. I loved that there were no mosquitoes at this resort. I usually get bitten alive but at this resort, zero issues and I was super happy about that. The entertainment was incredible. The shows were usually an hour long. My most favorite was the Latin and Madonna show. This was the most relaxed vacation we have been on. We will definitely be back.

Book it.
Book it- it’s absolute paradise. The best service I’ve ever had. Drinks were great, and food was also excellent. I was nervous because this was my first AI but everything exceeded expectations! No trouble getting beach/pool spots and we did not do preferred club. We booked the cheapest room and we still got a concierge who made a point to see us every day, ask how we were doing, and let us know what was going on activity wise that day. We also still received turn down service and never felt not preferred! There is an app as well to use for schedules and room service. Don’t worry about making any reservations beforehand, both the spa and the only restaurant you need a reservation for are available to book when you get there. We never waited more than 5 minutes for anything. We booked amstar for to/ from airport shuttle (we did the shared and it made no extra stops and we did not have to wait at all. To the resort we didn’t share at all and from we shared with one couple who left at the same time) There was seaweed in the water but it was perfect if you walked out past it and this is only a thing in the summer apparently. They do a great job cleaning it off of the beach. We went every day and loved it!

The Trip of A Lifetime
We had the most amazing time at this all-inclusive resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views. The food options were outstanding—so many delicious choices, and something for everyone. The drinks were top-notch, and the bartenders were fun and friendly. EVERY staff member we came into contact with during our stay was top notch; however, there a few that made us feel like family and went above and beyond for us. Ambi at the preferred club beach was AMAZING to us. When we walked up to the beach every day, he met us with towels and asked us what we’d like to drink. He truly treated us like family. We are so thankful we met him and hope to see him again on our next trip. Raudi at the swim up bar at the main pool was also one of our favorites. Any time we saw him around the resort, he acted as if he’d known us for years. He was always available to make us whatever we could think of. He even went as far as arranging a taco boat for us to be placed in our swim up room pool. He made our trip one to remember. Ariel, also at the swim up bar at the main pool, went above and beyond for us as well. He was always friendly, fast and kept us laughing with drinks in our hands. All in all, Secrets Cap Cana was a 10/10 experience for us. It truly was the trip of a lifetime!

Best Anniversary Getaway!
From the moment we arrived at Secrets Cap Cana in Punta Cana, we were met with warm, welcoming smiles. The lobby is stunning, setting the tone for what became one of the most relaxing and luxurious vacations we've ever had. Our room was beautifully appointed, spacious, immaculately clean, and included a large shower, dual sinks, and a generous balcony—perfect for enjoying the island breeze. Every detail was clearly thought out for maximum comfort and elegance. The resort offers several pools, numerous dining options, and every amenity imaginable. We were particularly impressed by the nightly entertainment, the diverse restaurant options, and the attention to detail across the property. Shoutouts to the incredible staff who made our stay unforgettable: Reinaldo, our concierge, went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. Luis created a customized Dominican lunch and arranged a private celebration for our anniversary in the Italian restaurant—an unforgettable touch. Madeline and Miguel by the pool made our afternoons effortless and relaxing. At the pool bar, Manny kept the drinks flowing with a smile. Carlos, the singing waiter, brought so much joy and charm to every meal. Our “Leonardo DiCaprio” waiter (nickname well-earned!) added fun and flair to the experience. The Coco Café ladies and Jeffrey were always cheerful and efficient. Yojani in housekeeping ensured our room was always perfect. Maximo, the chef, impressed us with incredible dishes throughout the resort. And the spa—WOW. It was unlike any other. From the tranquil setting to the hydrotherapy circuit and incredible massages, it was a sanctuary. Huge thanks to Jeanette, Evelyn, and the whole spa team for making it so memorable. This was easily the cleanest, most beautiful resort we’ve visited, and we’re already planning our return. Thank you, Secrets Cap Cana, for a dream vacation we’ll never forget. "Excellente!"

Wonderful Week With Friends
I spent a wonderful week with a group of 14! Room was clean and attended for daily, food was good and every restaurant was able to accommodate our group with minimal wait times. Service was excellent! Just wanted to give a shout out to a few of my favorite people. Denisse in the coffee shop was the BEST! I would wake up excited to go to work if she made my coffee every morning. So lovely! Junior served us breakfast almost every day in the buffet. Another friendly face to start our day with. Juan was the beach bartender. He made MANY rounds of shots for us and they were always great. He was fun, happy, and an absolute joy. Ruben was our beach waiter. Like Juan, he always had a smile on his face and kept us with a cold drink in our hands. Lastly is Alexander who filled out mini fridge. He brought us whatever we asked for and left us little treats daily. I know there are SO many more to thank because service was amazing all around! We can't wait to come again!
