This was our second time there. This year our butler was Miguel and he was fantastic. Checking up on us multiple times a day and super personable! All the staff is super nice…..Our favorites were Esperanza, Francisco, Stephany, Teofilo and David at the Preferred bar and everyone at CoCo Cafe plus so many others that we didn’t jot their names down. Can’t wait to return!

Would go again
Absolutely fell in love with this resort during our honeymoon! What made it stand out the most was the phenomenal service from the staff! Shoutout to our butler Philippe for coordinating everything for us and making sure our stay was comfortable. Also shoutout to our brother Chris Brown who always put on a great attitude and was super fun to be around. The food was amazing, everything was clean, and our room was simply fantastic. Would recommend coming here to anybody!

Great first time in Cap Cana
It was a great trip! Absolutely beautiful views, great food, clean rooms,and very friendly staff. Bartenders and servers by the pool are always there, a pool assistant Juan was very attentive and helped all day every day with anything you need. But the biggest shout out goes to our concierge Francis. He was checking on us multiple times a day, giving some recommendations for excursions, making sure we had the best time! People like Francis make a huge difference and make you want to go to the same place over and over again.

Loved this resort! We are going back!
This is a beautiful resort. All employees seem to have the goal to make this your best vacation ever. We enjoyed wonderful food and drinks both at the restaurants and poolside. Especially enjoyed the included 24-hour room service for breakfast.

Amazing views with great service
This resort is beyond beautiful. Our butler Darling was excellent, he went above and beyond for us the whole week. Darling made our stay there so much better and very relaxing. I recommend Darling as a butler . We will definitely be back and I will be requesting him .
