Wow, wow, wow! No wonder Secrets Cap Cana holds a Diamond rating and five stars—this place is absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. The food? Simply outstanding. Every meal was a delight, with a wide variety of options that catered to every taste. Whether it was a casual bite by the pool or a fine dining experience in the evening, the quality and presentation were top-tier. A special shoutout to our incredible butler, Ricardo. He was an absolute star—nothing was too much trouble for him. From arranging reservations to surprising us with thoughtful touches, he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and special. If you're looking for luxury, relaxation, and impeccable service, Secrets Cap Cana is the place to be. We’re already dreaming about our next visit!

Great stay at an exclusive resort!
What an awesome stay at Secrets. I’ve never stayed at one before but it is truly a high level, relaxing and uplifting experience. I would suggest this resort to anyone looking for this type of experience. It was a planned trip of one of my cousins for her 50th birthday. It was a total of 8 people, including 4 single people and 2 couples. The resort was phenomenal. The service for your rooms, the butlers, the pool servers, the beach servers, the restaurant experiences were all top notch. You really get what you pay for here. They provided the best service for our birthdays, a cake, champagne and flowers on the beds. The theme nights were wonderful, great lighting for nighttime pictures, Dominican night, Caribbean night, all white beach party with reggae music, nightly music in the lobby but not big enough to dance. I only have a few areas of improvement or lessons learned. I paid extra to be a preferred club member but didn’t use those amenities because they seemed very excluded and boring so I stayed at the main pool and the main side. Still very quiet but at least there was music and entertainment on the main pool side. The food at some of the restaurants were not as good as I expected. Namely the japenese restaurant and the Italian restaurants. I did enjoy the breakfast and lunch buffets, the 24 hr coffee shop and the food at the pool. The nightly entertainment at the theatre was lacking. I expected more there but it was just ok. I wish that they had a night club instead with a dj. Lastly there just aren’t enough outlets in the rooms and there were absolutely none on the side where the beds are which was annoying when charging your phones.

Best of the secrets properties
After visiting 5 of the secrets properties, the Cap Cana property is by far superior. The resort is gorgeous, and luxurious the restaurants are fantastic and the service outstanding. Each guest gets a personal host to cater for your needs and it’s more of an upscale luxurious resort which I love

I was impressed From the start with the check in procedure and staff atitude. Gerardo our concierge made sure we had all we needed without even asking. Best breakfest in my life!!!!

Everything was amazing - skip the room service
Went for our honeymoon. Our butler was kind, but a little annoying, he kept texting us, wanting to meet with us everyday, but we just wanted to chill at the beach/pool. Food at the restaurants was overall really really great. Coco cafe and Market cafe sufficed, Portofino and Himitsu were really good but not amazing, and El patio and Bordeaux were actually amazing. The lunch time grill stuff was all good food too. The food was a big hit for us. EXCEPT for the room service. It sucked. Some of it was really disgusting. Everything was super clean, and the pools were so amazing. The beach was hot, and sunny, so if you want to tan/burn, just lay out there for like 30 mins. We went mid-end of august, and it was insanely humid. We come from NYC area, and it was shocking. None of our clothes ever felt dry, and even the bedding didn't feel dry. But they keep the rooms nice and cool. It was a great time, i highly recommend this place
