We had a lovely time at Secrets Cap Cana Resort. Our concierge Anibal,Miguel was fantastic, he kept us up to date on events and activities happening that day and always came to say hello when walking around the resort. He responded very quickly if we had any questions. He was very attentive and helpful in organising the romantic dinner as was my birthday. Can’t thanks him and all the other staff enough. This was a great experience!

PARADISE WITH DOMINICAN POWER!
Reinaldo was a outstanding concierge with great professional and friendly service. He help my wife find and transfer clothing for a wedding photoshop she was in. She was in thr pbotoshoto i got to sleep in and Watch football highlights. Also if your by the beach the (Miguel Orange shirt) aka "Number 1" best server 👌 he will find you and he will show he is indeed number Number 1!

Our first secrets trip and experience was amazing
First time going to a secrets resort. And it was our first time going away during the Christmas season. We had a fabulous time. The resort was decorated so beautifully for Christmas and they had a light up night. The food was much better than other resorts we stayed at. Our concierge Reinaldo was the best. It was also our first time having a swim out room and we loved it! Plenty of entertainment and activities. The room and resort itself were extremely clean. Beyonce was the best pool server.

Aníbal, Miguel was outstanding and was there to assist us when we needed anything. Resort was fantastic providing gorgeous sunsets and great pool vibes.
