We really enjoyed this resort. It was lively on one side, quiet on another. Food was great everywhere. Our preferred butler Carlos J. was great! He was welcoming, attentive, and answered all of our questions and needs.

Secrets Cap Cana
The resort was beautiful and very well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and very professional. We had a personal concierge - Carlos - who was truly fantastic! He attended to every request we had of him and he checked in multiple times each day to determine if there was anything else he could do for us. The best concierge we have had!

Honeymoon Fun!
This resort is a true five-star experience. The service and little details are above and beyond. The resort itself is stunning and the location is beautiful. There were some high seaweed levels during our stay but we still swam in the ocean everyday and it did not really bother us. The room and resort are very clean and spotless. The cleaning services work hard to make sure even public spaces and bathrooms are spotless, which I was very impressed with. Our room had an oceanfront view and was very spacious and lovely for the two of us. The drinks were creative and fun with fresh, good ingredients. The food was awesome with lots of variety and catered to every special request or dietary restriction. The bars or restaurants never had a line and it was very easy to get a drink, snack, or meal whenever you wished. The shows were very fun and creative and the lobby bar became an exciting atmosphere in the evenings. We were here for our honeymoon and felt truly special and cared for. I want to give some recognition to a few fantastic people that made our stay very special: Darling, our butler, who helped us numerous times with requests or reservations and was always friendly and fun to be around. Frédérique with housekeeping who kept our room spotless and even serviced the room twice a day and would prepare it for bedtime as well. Lastly, La Diva with the entertainment team for her warm and friendly attitude. We will really miss our trip here.

Amazing stay
We visited secrets cap cana for our 10 year anniversary. It was absolutely amazing. We are already talking about coming back again. We were in the preferred section so we had a Butler. His name was Darling. He was fantastic and very attentive. Hope to be back “home” soon!
