I went to secrets to propose to my now fiancée and the place was amazing! Our concierge Barreto was perfect and gave us everything we needed and more! He was always around if we needed anything and if we couldn’t find something it was in our room 20 minutes later. Also entertainment was awesome but Ice Cube was the best. Talked to him everyday and we always had a great time together. Would 100% go back.

Amazing stay at Secrets Cap Cana
We just got back from an incredible trip to Secrets Cap Cana and it was truly a five-star experience from start to finish. We traveled as a large group, and having a butler made a huge difference. JEISON CALDERON was outstanding. He helped us coordinate special events, dinner accommodations, and schedules, and he kept everyone informed so nothing felt stressful. He was proactive, organized, and genuinely kind the entire time. We stayed on the Preferred side and loved it. The service felt elevated, everything was easy, and it worked especially well for our group. The staff across the resort was consistently attentive and friendly, the food was excellent, and the property itself is beautiful. We had some great meals, and Oceana was a standout for us. We also really enjoyed the live music and pool events, which added such a fun vibe to the days. We had an amazing time and would absolutely go back. Thank you again to JEISON CALDERON for making our trip so smooth and special.

Wonderful Holiday at Secrets Cap Cana.
My husband and I had a lovely 12 day vacation at Secrets Cap Cana. The weather was beautiful, sunny every day. The hotel was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. We were very impressed with the overall level of service at this hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodating. In particular our concierge Francis was very helpful and sent us daily schedules of the hotel activities. He also made reservations for us at the premier restaurants. He visited us by the pool every day and asked how he could help make our vacation even better.

Amazing trip
What exceptional service we had with our butler Jeison Calderon. We were a party of 10 and did it all for us. The best butler I ever had. He was on top of it all. He didn’t miss a beat. SCC is lucky to have him. Cant wait to go back.
