Excellent experience!
I had a great experience my butler Samuel went above and beyond to ensure me and my family had a great experience. It was my mom 70th birthday and he did everything to accommodate her birthday celebration. If you go to Majestic colonial ask for Samuel, you will not be disappointed

Edith is the best!
My wife and I stayed for 7 days (adult side room 3230). We have traveled to Punta Cana 8 times now. This was our first visit to a Majestic resort. THIS was, by far, the best resort we have stayed at and we have stayed at other high end resorts. Upon arrival, we were greeted by our butler, Edith. She is truly what made our vacation so excellent. Edith found us every day to make sure everything was perfect. She arranged our a la cartes and even my golf. We were celebrating our anniversary and were pleasantly surprised to have our room decorated with balloons and flower petals. Thank you Edith. You are the best and one of the reasons we will return. Now to the resort… check in was easy and fast. The rooms were big and comfortable although the toilet area was so small I kept hitting my head on the door. There is a pool for everybody. Those that want to party, those that want quiet and those that have kids will all be happy. There are bars everywhere with great staff. The bars do need to start carrying Crown Royal. The beach was free of seaweed and we never had a problem finding a lounge chair, even when arriving to the beach at 10:00am. We ate at the Steakhouse and Mexican restaurant. The steakhouse was excellent. Try the pork ribs or beef tenderloin. You won’t be disappointed. We made some great friends from Saskatchewan that was the icing on the cake for a fabulous vacation. We can’t wait to return.

First and foremost resort is absolutely gorgeous hats off to all the landscapers pools crystal clear and we'll maintained .Rooms didn't show there age very nice.Night time lights is something to see.Now on thee less positive side food very spotty, stomach issues hit a lot more than people me and my wife. Drinks seemed weak or watered down bar menu posted would have been nice.Since that was probably the last vacation we will be able to take I would have returned here in a minute sincerely Kevin and Debra Gleason

Fantastic service with Marisol, very friendly, at the dining room . The resort is fantastic service always with a smile. No complaints from me
