Everything about our stay was wonderful! When you arrive, they greet you with a cool towel and then the check in process is very easy. The bellboy takes your luggage to your room so you don’t have to carry it. We were greeted by Anderson, our personal butler, when we arrived. Your butler will be available to you via WhatsApp for the duration of your stay and will help you with booking dining reservations or excursions. Anderson was always available when we needed him and was so helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and kept very cool with the air conditioning. The resort is easy to find your way around after the first day, and there are maps everywhere and also staff everywhere if you are not sure where you’re going. Tons of dining options. An enormous breakfast buffet with practically every food you can imagine. The beach is pristine and full of chairs and shaded areas. You really feel pampered staying here because the staff can get you everything you need. The room key is a bracelet they put on your wrist when you arrive so you never have to worry about forgetting your key. The shows at night were a lot of fun - very talented singers and dancers. We had such a great time and didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back!!

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana. 5 stars and 5 thumbs up! Service and amenities beyond our expectations!
Out of 5 trips to the Dominican Republic, this was to date our best vacation (and resort)! Majestic Colonial Punta Cana - All-Inclusive We stayed at the Colonial Club (Adult) section and the amenities were 5 star! The beach within 3 minutes from our room, all amenities, from the restaurants to the gym, all within 5 minutes in beautiful 29 degree (celcius) and sunny weather. We were also pampered with excellent service from amazing staff members! From our arrival to our entire stay and to our departure, this team went way above and beyond our expectations! Firstly, our Butler, Darel Soriano was exceptional! He definitely went way above and beyond our expectations. He is a truly valuable asset to the team and resort. He was always available, resolved any issue that arose in an incredibly timely manner, with excellent service. He also put in long (extra) hours as I heard from other guests that he stayed longer than required to ensure guest satisfaction was always achieved. Reception. Incredibly efficient and courteous team. Gym Excellent and well equipped gym. As an enthusiast, this gym provides all the required equipment for a thorough full body workout. Also, Enrique was a super asset in facilitating some of my more complex training exercises. He is also a highly valuable asset to the team! Beach Bar! Amazing! Special thanks for excellent service from Fernando, Luisa and Loyda. All three were amazing and provided exceptional service! The Majestic drink is beyond delicious! Lobby Bar. Beautiful surroundings and service Special thanks for excellent service from Leidy and Claudia. Again, they were amazing and provided exceptional service! Housekeeping Excellent and thorough service from Evelyn and Josianna La Hispanola, Rodeo Grill and Buffet, Le Gourmet, and Taino restaurants The team was excellent. In particular we would like to thank Luis Daniel, Juan Guilen, Kenzy Valdez, Olvi Almonte, Alehandro (breakfast and dinner), Yonefri and Moises, Martina (breakfast), Reyita, Marleny, Hisider, and Janel. All provided amazing service, were most courteous and always had a warm welcome on our arrival. Overall, we can say this was an excellent trip at a resort we strongly recommend. Lastly, we want to send our thanks to Antonia (Restaurant Manager), as well as Yelitza (District Supervisor) for their oversight and excellent direction of an excellent team. Your service, amenities, and resort ranks well above the crowd thanks to your team and direction. Paradise at its finest
This resort will not disappoint the most discerning traveller The resort is absolutely gorgeous If you are looking for a high quality resort this is the place The food is so good but the a la carte restaurants are like eating in a fine dining establishment The drinks , and service are outstanding and the price can’t be beat There are 3 resorts in the complex the Colonial the Elegance and the Mirage …all with there own perks but equally beautiful Highly recommended
