The grounds are gorgeous and the rooms are very nice. Incredibly comfortable bed and the jacuzzi tub was a great amenity. The shower was large and spacious and the staff could not have been friendlier. I have stayed at other all inclusive resorts and the staff here are much better and more attentive. That being said, the food was not what it could be. The buffet was very good but if you could serve yourself coffee and Coke Zero life would be much better. The beach and pools were nice. All in all a very good experience.

Miguel, Rafael and Ariel, were amazing and provided wonderful customer service. The food was amazing and they made sure our needs were met.

Paradise
Loved the wait staff and housekeeping. Victoria was super fun and made the experience more fun. Got lost at the new resort over and staff person from excellence (Juan) saved me and helped me back over to the colonial side.

21 times and 10 Stars All the way !!!
Where can I start !!!??? Absolutely the best time of my life as always. We have been to the majestic colonial 21 times and always a fabulous vacation hands down From colonial to elegance to the Mirage Every property is 10 stars and we can’t express how Beautiful the people and properties are First off to the room Ocean view colonial club section To the best food and the best accommodation We have to thank many of our friends / family Big thank you to our butler Danny Elena A Wrkia Juanito Luis So many more to thank as the list can go on forever. We are never disappointed and already planning rerun visit #22 The variety of food is becoming more and more grand great selections for everyone and the beverages always amazing and great selection and variety For all your taste buds. All properties are extremely maintained . Clean and every where you look is a breathtaking moment Pure Bliss !!! Everyone will go over and above the staff will always accommodate fully and we appreciate you so much !! Hard working devoted individuals who work so much and aim to please Big thank you To everyone all the great management and staff These 3 Hotels are number one in Punta Cana ! A Fabulous Stay
We spent 2 wonderful weeks at this hotel. We stayed in the Colonial Club. The restaurants are all very good. We especially liked the Gourmet Restaurant as well as the Steakhouse. I find the staff to be very warm and helpful. We had a wonderful butler named Edith. She was great and I would recommend her to anyone staying in the Colonial club. There are only 2 restaurants that require a reservation. The Gourmet and the Japanese restaurant. Edith made our reservations for us, so we never had to worry about making them. I also want to mention a particular bartender who worked at the adult pool. His name is Leandro and he truly made the trip. He was always smiling, and shared stories about his life. It was a pleasure getting to know him. I am aware that the resort is closing in April for about 6 months to undergo a renovation. I am really looking forward to returning once the resort re-opens in late 2026. Thank you for another fantastic vacation at this resort.
